В общем, в августе этого года я внезапно стал интересен разным платформам, которые стали мне предлагать сотрудничество. Одна из этих платформ была биржа Binance. Написала мне их менеджер, чтобы я приходил к ним торговать, а в чате в это время в очередной раз спрашивали «ну почему нет на Бинансе учётки??». Ладно, думаю, биржа крупная, надо масштабироваться 🤖➡️🤖🤖. Рассказал этой девочке сразу свою ситуацию, что я резидент ЕС, и, таким образом, мне у них не доступен копитрейдинг и торговля фьючерсами. Она сказала, что нужно подумать. Через несколько дней возвращается: «Придумали мы!»💡 Я говорю: «Прекрасно, начинаем». В деталях это мало кому интересно, поэтому вкратце расскажу – схема в том, чтобы открыть учётную запись на юрлицо и подтвердить соответствие определённым критериям. Они подключили ко мне каких-то (судя по названию должности) важных шишек из своего Европейского офиса, и я стал слать им документы. 📃📃📃 Примерно месяц это продолжалось, а потом они внезапно просто перестали мне писать. Т.е. я дал последние пару подтверждений, а «в ответ тишина…» (с) Прям натурально молчание, не «Ваши документы не соответствуют», да даже не «Извините, но, кажется, вы нам не подходите». Ну а поскольку я обидчивый, то я навязываться не стал и вот так я остался без масштабирования бизнес-модели, а все остальные без Sort of на #Binance.

She said they needed to think about it. A few days later she comes back: “We’ve come up with something!”💡 I say, “Great, let’s start.” The details won’t interest many, so I’ll summarize briefly — the idea was to open an account for a legal entity and confirm compliance with certain criteria. They connected me with some (judging by their job titles) important people from their European office, and I started sending them documents 📃📃📃 This went on for about a month, and then they suddenly just stopped writing to me. I sent the last couple of confirmations, and received no guidance or reply. Not even “Sorry, we don’t think you’re the right fit”. And since I’m easily offended, I didn’t push it. So that’s how I ended up without scaling the business and everyone else ended with no Sort of on #Binance.

Заодно заглянул в бектесты с середины декабря, интересная история получилась. Я остановил ботов 22/12/2025, а в бектестах последние сделки показываются тоже в этом районе. А начиная с 23/12/2025 и до 05/01/2026 сделки были только в некоторых парах и единичные. Т.е. движения на рынке не было. Посмотрим, как будет после праздников, фактор Венесуэлы, как видим, особых колебаний не создал.

From 23/12/2025 to 01/05/2026, trades occurred only in a few pairs and were extremely rare. In other words, there was no market movement.
We’ll see how things go after the holidays; the Venezuela factor, as we can see, didn’t cause significant fluctuations.

It’s a real shame I missed the rebound after that morning dip.

Сегодня ночью была хорошая просадка с хорошим отскоком, но ни один из 4 ботов на Bybit не открыл ни одной сделки, хотя сигналы были отправлены… У меня нет идей почему. Настройки я не менял, никаких оповещений от Bybit не получал. Бот на BingX отработал как задумано (заработал в смысле 🙂)

Кроме того, там был обновлён макисмум депозита – на прошлой неделе бот вышел из минусов декабря, а на этой уже работает на рекорд 😎🙂 А вот на Bybit боты большую часть недели проспали и от этого цифры очень маленькие. Причина этого сбоя мне не известна, но он явно был на стороне Bybit, т.к. двух ботов я переподключил и они заработали, а ещё два просто заработали сами без моего вмешательства. Цифры за неделю ниже (на момент снятия статистики на всех ботах был нереализованный убыток. Сейчас все позиции уже закрылись в плюс).

On Bybit, however, the bots slept through most of the week, so the numbers are very small. I don’t know the exact cause of this glitch, but it was clearly on Bybit’s side: I reconnected two of the bots and they started working, while the other two eventually started working on their own without any intervention from me.
The weekly figures are below (includes unrealized PnL on all 3 bots, by now all positions have closed in profit).

TopROI на Bybit и на BingX работает в ручном режиме, новые позиции пока открываться не будут. Ситуация не очень приятная (несколько позиций ушли уже на всю глубину), но контролируемая (свободного депозита достаточно). Всё-таки просадка на рынке была серьёзная.
Ну и на CryptoExplorer вернул PEPE и HYPE.
Пострадало много подписчиков с выставленными стопами или со слабыми нервами (на TopROI около трети подписчиков отвалилось). А те, кто не отвалились имеют хорошие шансы продолжить успешную серию – депозит подписчика HFT увеличился на 12% за неделю. По TopROI итоги будем подбивать когда позиции закроются. Но отчёт в любом случае выйдет в понедельник в обычное время.

I’ve also re-enabled PEPE and HYPE on CryptoExplorer.
Many subscribers were affected — those with stop losses set or with weaker nerves (about a third of TopROI subscribers dropped off). Those who stayed, however, have good chances to continue the successful streak: the HFT subscriber deposit grew by 12% over the week. As for TopROI, we’ll sum things up once the positions are closed. The report will be published on Monday at the usual time regardless.

⚪️ Это всё американцы.
Но нет, это было бы слишком просто. Конечно, и шатдаун и угроза Ирану тут сыграли свою роль, но вообще ощущения такие, что 2026 будет сложнее 2025. Прошлый год был ожидание пика, а этот будет ожидание дна ☹️Единственный позитивный момент во всём этом это то, что 1/12/2025 я в чате сделал прогноз, что мы по BTC пробьём дно прошлого года (~ 74500) и мы сегодня к этой цели пришли.
Но, вернёмся к отчёту. В таком рынке, конечно, лучше всех себя чувствует HFT по итогам недели +10,483%. TopROI просится (и перейдёт) на консервативные настройки, весь оптимизм мой остался в декабре. А пока и на Bybit и на Bingx открыты позиции, т.е. результат недели хоть и отрицательный, но промежуточный.
Отдельно хочется обратиться к подписчикам. (я когда вчера писал про слабые нервы это было больше задумано как шутка, но, оказывается, в ней больше правды, чем хотелось бы). По итогам этой недели количество подписчиков уменьшилось примерно на 22%. И самое обидное, что подписчики уходили по стопу в 20%, хотя на HFT могли иметь больше +10% за последнюю неделю. Я не знаю, как это написать понятнее. Поэтому просто повторюсь – стратегия работает с усреднениями, это значит, что:
• по мере падения цены происходит дозакупка;
• размер позиции увеличивается;
• размер нереализованного убытка тоже увеличивается;
• просадка в 50% от депозита для моих ботов не катастрофа, а рабочий (хоть и не очень частый) момент;
Соответственно, если вы не можете спокойно смотреть, как растёт ваш нереализованный убыток – давайте не будем мучиться. Очевидно, что мы друг другу не подходим. Well, no — that would be too simple. Of course, both the shutdown and the Iran threat played a role, but overall it feels like 2026 will be tougher than 2025. Last year was about waiting for the peak; this one will be about waiting for the bottom ☹️
The only bright spot in all this is that on 01/12/2025 I made a forecast in the chat that BTC would break below last year’s low at ~74500, and today we’ve achieved this goal.
But back to the report. In a market like this, HFT performs better, than others: +10.483% for the week. TopROI is clearly asking for (and will move to) more conservative settings; all my optimism stayed back in December. For now, there are open positions on both Bybit and BingX, so the weekly result, while negative, is still interim.
I’d also like to address the followers separately. (When I wrote yesterday about “weak nerves,” it was meant more as a joke — but it turns out there’s more truth to it than I’d like.) Over the course of this week, the number of subscribers dropped by about 22%. What’s most frustrating is that people were exiting on a 20% stop, even though on HFT they could have made over +10% just in the past week. I don’t know how to explain this any more clearly, so I’ll just repeat myself:
This strategy works with averaging, which means:
• additional buys are made as the price falls;
• the position size increases;
• unrealized losses also increase;
• a 50% drawdown on the deposit is not a catastrophe for my bots, but a working scenario (albeit not a very frequent one).
Accordingly, if you can’t calmly watch your unrealized loss grow, let’s not torture each other. It’s obvious we’re not a good fit. You lose money, my statistics suffer, and then later you come to the chat to vent. All of this can be avoided by reading the pinned message or asking questions in the chat before subscribing 🤝

Прошлый год был ожидание пика, а этот будет ожидание дна ☹️Единственный позитивный момент во всём этом это то, что 1/12/2025 я в чате сделал прогноз, что мы по BTC пробьём дно прошлого года (~ 74500) и мы сегодня к этой цели пришли.
Но, вернёмся к отчёту. В таком рынке, конечно, лучше всех себя чувствует HFT по итогам недели +10,483%. TopROI просится (и перейдёт) на консервативные настройки, весь оптимизм мой остался в декабре. А пока и на Bybit и на Bingx открыты позиции, т.е. результат недели хоть и отрицательный, но промежуточный.
Отдельно хочется обратиться к подписчикам. (я когда вчера писал про слабые нервы это было больше задумано как шутка, но, оказывается, в ней больше правды, чем хотелось бы). По итогам этой недели количество подписчиков уменьшилось примерно на 22%. И самое обидное, что подписчики уходили по стопу в 20%, хотя на HFT могли иметь больше +10% за последнюю неделю. Я не знаю, как это написать понятнее. Поэтому просто повторюсь – стратегия работает с усреднениями, это значит, что:
• по мере падения цены происходит дозакупка;
• размер позиции увеличивается;
• размер нереализованного убытка тоже увеличивается;
• просадка в 50% от депозита для моих ботов не катастрофа, а рабочий (хоть и не очень частый) момент;
Соответственно, если вы не можете спокойно смотреть, как растёт ваш нереализованный убыток – давайте не будем мучиться. Очевидно, что мы друг другу не подходим. ⚪️ На этой неделе прекрасные результаты показали HFT.Sort of и TopROI.Sort of на бирже BingX – оба с двузначными процентами прибыли. TopROI.Sort of на бирже Bybit эту неделю начинал с двумя позициями в просадке. По итогу одну закрыл с минимальной прибылью, а вторая ушла на стоп-лосс. Эти настройки были хороши, пока они работали (в октябре-ноябре), а теперь ожидать возврата какого-то восходящего тренда точно нет оснований. Поэтому входы я ужесточил, в такие сомнительные позиции он больше влетать не должен.

These settings were good while they worked (back in October–November), but there’s clearly no reason to expect any return to an upward trend now. That’s why I’ve tightened the entry conditions — it shouldn’t jump into such questionable positions anymore.
