На TopROI получилось хорошо, а вот HFT завис надолго, но обо всём по порядку.
В понедельник рынок хорошо просел и продолжал падать до среды. Оба бота набрали позиций и, в основном удачно их закрыли. Проблемы были с парами, которые я не очень люблю (ETH/USDT, SOL/USDT, BTC/USDT) и с RENDER/USDT. Но RENDER он всегда такой, я его вручную усреднил и всё удачно закрылось. ETH я добавил после долгого перерыва, а SOL и BTC традиционно у меня плохо зарабатывали. В итоге позиции пришлось держать аж до воскресенья, при этом SOL закрыл в минус, она занимала маржу и не давала боту торговать на весь депозит. Из-за этого боты пролетели мимо приличного количества прибыльных сделок, позиции просто не открывались.
Попутно выяснилось, что даже с депозитом в 500 USDT BTC копируется неправильно из-за минимального шага лота. Соответственно, по итогам недели убрал из торгов SOL, BTC и ETH.
Результаты в таблице. HFT дал минимальный, но всё же плюс, а вот TopROI молодцом! 👍🏻

On Monday the market dropped sharply and continued falling through Wednesday. Both bots opened positions and for the most part closed them profitably.

Because of that, the bots missed a number of profitable trades — positions simply couldn’t open.
I also discovered that even with a 500 USDT deposit BTC copies incorrectly because of the minimum lot step. So, starting now, I removed SOL, BTC and ETH from trading.
All in all, HFT delivered a small but positive result, while TopROI did a great job! 👍🏻

⚪️ HFT что-то не везёт уже вторую неделю подряд. На прошлой завис BTC и SOL (кстати, в итоге оказалось, что правильно сделал, что закрыл), а на этой SUI. Ну, тут немножко не повезло, TopROI зацепил очередное усреднение и успешно из SUI вышел, а HFT не зацепил и мы поползли ниже. В общем, у меня есть предчувствие, что мы на неделе будем штурмовать 85к на BTC, поэтому очень долго на HFT этот открытый SUI я тянуть не буду. Обидно, конечно, что он сжирает столько прибыли, но лучше закрыть и начать заново, чем с неочевидным результатом рисковать.
Посмотрю завтра утром, сегодня это скорее информация для тех, кто сам хочет найти более удачную точку выхода.

В общем на обоих ботах неделя плюсовая, но… На HFT это +0,269%, а на TopROI +10,806%. Разница ощутимая. Как вчера и писал, HFT неудачно завис в одной из позиций, я понадеялся, что к ночи понедельника будет небольшой рост, но его не было. В итоге закрытие по стопу, которое сожрало почти всю недельную прибыль (а у подписчиков всю прибыль и ещё чуть-чуть).
Кроме этого, отметить больше нечего, остальные пары отработали как задумано. Результаты ниже.
За SUI я уже с августа примерно слежу, мне не нравится, как отрабатывает эта пара. Поэтому я на HFT её отключил (на время или навсегда – не могу пока сказать).

Overall, both bots ended the week in profit, but the difference is stark: HFT squeezed out +0,269% but TopROI amassed +10.806%.
As mentioned yesterday, HFT got stuck in one position. I was hoping for a small bounce by Monday night, but it didn’t happen. The position hit stop-loss, wiping out nearly all weekly gains (for the subscribers’ it was entire weekly gains and a bit more).
Nothing else notable — other pairs performed as expected.
I’ve been tracking SUI since August and I’m not happy with how it behaves. So, I’ve disabled it on HFT (whether temporarily or permanently — still undecided).
В общем на обоих ботах неделя плюсовая, но… На HFT это +0,269%, а на TopROI +10,806%. Разница ощутимая. Как вчера и писал, HFT неудачно завис в одной из позиций, я понадеялся, что к ночи понедельника будет небольшой рост, но его не было. В итоге закрытие по стопу, которое сожрало почти всю недельную прибыль (а у подписчиков всю прибыль и ещё чуть-чуть).

Я сам у себя первый подписчик и копирую 34 дня. ROI при этом около 45% (у остальных, кто копирует 34 дня около 40%). А на скриншоте ниже мы видим, как человек за 26 дней сделал 86%.

После 10/10 от вас поступали разные предложения как можно улучшить работу ботов. В т.ч. и запустить низкорискового бота (на изолированной марже и/или с коротким стопом). Я сейчас что-то подобное тестирую на старых учётках. Там доходность от 11 до 16% с момента перезапуска, но это всего лишь демонстратор технологии. Т.е. если всё будет стабильно и в плюс работать, то я подберу размер входов и количество активов, и это станет ещё одной официальной версией.
Но заметка не об этом, а о том, что поступило ещё и на первый взгляд контринтуитивное предложение, запустить не низкорискового бота, а наоборот – высокорискового. Взвесив «за» и «против», я решил, что надо его реализовать. В принципе, в моей голове это уже оформилось, но возможно, кто-то хочет поучаствовать со своими ценными мыслями. «Построй своего бота», типа 🙂🤖
Я возьму текущую стратегию и:
• увеличу размер первого ордера, например, в три раза;
• подберу 4 – 6 стабильных/прибыльных активов из текущих ботов (или новых по советам сообщества);
• чуть ниже, чем сейчас выставлю ТР.
Никто не знает, сколько такая конфигурация проживёт, но если выстрелит, то будет интересно🚀

I’m currently testing something like that on old accounts. So far, returns are in the 11 – 16% range since restart, but it’s just a tech demonstrator. If it proves stable and consistently profitable, I’ll fine-tune entry sizes and asset selection, and it may become an official version.
But this post isn’t about that.
It’s about a seemingly counterintuitive idea that also came in: launching a high-risk bot. After weighing the pros and cons, I’ve decided to go for it. The concept is already forming in my head, but if anyone wants to contribute their valuable thoughts — now’s the time. Think of it as “Build Your Own Bot” 🙂🤖
The draft plan is to take the existing strategy and:
• Triple the size of the first order;
• Select 4 – 6 stable/profitable assets from current bots (or new ones based on community input);
• Set a slightly lower TP than usual.
No one knows how long this config will survive — but if it flies, it’ll be fun to watch🚀
If you have ideas on how this bot should behave and want to share them, feel free to write here or message the feedback bot (@SortOf_Feedback_bot). All ideas will be considered, though none are guaranteed to be implemented.
However, anyone whose idea gets implemented will receive a lifetime (i.e., for the bot’s lifespan) 100% cashback on the master’s profit share from this bot 🤑

⚪️ Пару раз в неделю, чтобы сравнить свою статистику с лидерами я заглядываю в топ Байбита. Приличное время уже в нём не было ни одного из моих ботов. А вот на этой неделе TopROI появился. Казалось бы – ничего особенного, но на самом деле это СОБЫТИЕ! Залетел сразу в 3 топа: Top ROI, Lowest drawdown и Highest follower profit. А это же новая учётка с маленьким числом подписчиков. Кажется, в воскресенье их было около 45.
Ну и пожалуюсь тут – подписчики по-прежнему не читают описание стратегии (или читают, но игнорируют просьбу). Сегодня подписалось 10 человек, из них 8 с депозитом меньше 141 USDT. А когда они потеряют деньги то будут говорить, что стратегия плохая 🤷🏻♂️

⚪️ На неделе BTC потерял 16%, но падение это было с хорошими, амплитудными откатами, на которых ботам удалось прилично заработать. Пару позиций я прихлопнул вручную, но в минус не закрывал.
Решение в понедельник (17/11/25) SUI закрыть на HFT в минус оказалось правильным. Средняя цена была 1,76 USDT, а сейчас SUI торгуется по 1,3 – 1,4 USDT. И идёт в сторону 1.1 USDT.
Подписчик себя тоже чувствует прекрасно, на TopROI заработаны уже 57,47%. Но там я прибыль не выводил, хотя и собирался. Забыл, а теперь думаю, что так нагляднее получится.

My decision on Monday (17/11/25) to close SUI on HFT at a loss turned out to be the right call. The average entry price was 1,76 USDT. Now SUI is trading around 1,3 – 1,4 USDT and looks headed toward 1,1 USDT.
The follower is also doing great — TopROI follower is up 57,47%. I haven’t withdrawn any profit yet (I meant to, then forgot), but now I think leaving it gives a clearer demonstration of bot potential.

В ночь на понедельник на TopROI оставалась одна открытая позиция (RENDER/USDT), поэтому данные в отчёте включают в себя небольшой нереализованный убыток (прибыль, соответственно, пока не выводилась). На HFT все позиции были закрыты и прибыль я вывел.
В понедельник около полуночи UTC хорошо пошёл вниз Биткойн, а за ним и всё остальное. Пока есть только одна позиция, которая более рискованная, чем остальные – это тот самый RENDER на TopROI, у которого вход был в субботу.

On Monday night there was one open position on TopROI (RENDER/USDT), so the report includes a small unrealized loss (profits haven’t been withdrawn yet). On HFT all positions were closed and I withdrew the profit.
Around Monday midnight UTC Bitcoin dropped sharply, and the rest of the market followed. Now we have one position that’s riskier than the others — the RENDER on TopROI, which was entered on Saturday.
By the time I wrote the report the market had already fallen significantly (from Sunday’s peak BTC -7.5%), so no new positions will open on Bybit, and on BingX maybe only KAS will open.
And yes — in case you missed it, copy trading on BingX is live 🙃

⚪️ На удивление хорошо на последнем провале отработали экспериментальные настройки, зависших позиций не было, просадка небольшая. Это те настройки, которые с (относительно) коротким стопом. Сделал график за всё время – пока что выглядит, что если хорошо подобрать количество активов и размер входа, то в таких настройках есть потенциал. CryptoExplorer сделал +15.65%, а «старый» TopROI +35,38%. За всё время буквально пару раз помогал – чтобы освободить маржу и продолжить торговлю закрыл в минус несколько позиций, которые долго тянулись (одну или две всего).
Бектесты, конечно, показывают, что прибыль есть, но проверка на настоящем рынке как-то надёжнее. В общем, если до апреля не ликвиднётся (или не поймает длинную серию стопов), то можно и такого бота оставлять. Его бонус в том, что он не требует моего внимания 🙂
Но от повторения 10/10 это не гарантия всё равно. Грубо, если в стоп-лосс одновременно уходят 5 позиций, каждая со стопом в 15% от депозита, то остаток 25%. Но, поскольку стоп идёт по рыночной цене, и во время большого провала, то цена исполнения, наверняка будет хуже.
В общем, просто выкладываю это тут, для информации.
🔴 Surprisingly, the experimental settings worked quite well during the last drop, no position got hung up, the drawdown was small. These are the settings with a (relatively) short stop. I made a chart for the whole period – so far it looks like these settings might have potential. CryptoExplorer is up 15,65%, the “old” TopROI is up 35,38%. Over the whole time I only had to intervene a couple of times – to free up margin and continue trading I closed a few long-dragging positions at a loss (just one or two).
Backtests, of course, show that there is profit, but testing on the real market feels more reliable. In general, if it doesn’t get liquidated by April (or experience long stop-loss streak), then such a bot could be worth keeping. Its bonus is that it doesn’t require my attention 🙂
But it’s still not a guarantee against the repeat of 10/10. Roughly speaking, if 5 positions simultaneously hit stop-loss, each with a stop at 15% of the deposit, then only 25% remains. And since the stop is executed at market price during a major crash, the execution price will surely be worse.
So, I’m just posting this here for information.

Неделя хоть и в целом с прибылью, но неприятная. Рынок проваливается и лежит без движения, даже dead cat bounce не делает. А потом вроде без видимых причин взлёт на 8%
Немножко изменил настройки входа сегодня. Может на неделе и выходы поправлю тоже.
Из того, что запомнилось была SHIB1000 на HFT, да HYPE на TopROI на BingX. С SHIB1000 так бывает, она иногда рано заходит. В этот раз мне с самого начала не понравилась точка входа, но закрывать в минус не захотел, теперь вижу, что зря – немного нервов бы сэкономил. А с HYPE я думаю теперь какое-то время так будет – 29/11 был большой анлок, и этот HYPE теперь будет выходить на рынок и давить цену вниз. И хорошо, если будет интерес его скупать, потому что если нет – нас ждёт долгий путь вниз.

The week ended with a profit overall, but we got there in an unpleasant way. The market now drops and just stays flat, not even giving a dead cat bounce. Then suddenly, without any clear reason, it jumps 8%.
I tweaked the entry settings a bit today. Might adjust the exit logic later this week too.
What stood out: SHIB1000 on HFT, and HYPE on TopROI on BingX. SHIB1000 tends to enter early sometimes and I didn’t like the entry point from the start, but didn’t want to close at a loss right away. Looking back it actually seems a better option, I could’ve saved myself some nerves.
As for HYPE, I think this pattern will continue for a while — there was a major unlock on November 29, and now that HYPE is hitting the market, it’s putting downward pressure on the price. Hopefully there’s enough demand to absorb it, because if not, we’re in for a long slide down.
P.S. BingX stats are for 11 days.

⚪️ Как измерить индекс страха и жадности подручными средствами?
Например, можно заглянуть в топ прибыли подписчиков на Байбит. После 10/10 люди настолько испуганы и настолько потеряли доверие (а возможно больше и не имеют финансовой возможности), что в копитрейдинге осталось очень мало денег. Настолько мало, что 2 бота с историей в +-60 дней и ~180 подписчиками на двоих занимают в этом топе третье и четырнадцатое места 🙄
У меня иногда есть скриншоты прошлых топов. Так вот, чтобы быть на третьем месте 31/05/2025 нужно было иметь прибыль подписчиков около 65000 USDTа на 14 месте – 14000 USDT. Т.е. в 3 – 4 раза больше.
А какие ещё новости есть? Байбит изменил немного выдачу статистики и теперь показывает условно полезный коэффициент Шарпа и соотношение прибыли/убытка за выбранный период времени. Зато убрал на мой взгляд очень полезную информацию о количестве подписчиков у конкретного трейдера. Теперь узнать, насколько он популярен можно лишь посетив его профиль. По отношению к новым трейдерам так, наверное, честнее, но я очень, очень расстроен ☹️ Подписчики ведь приносят новых подписчиков, но теперь это уже не так очевидно.
🔴 What are some DIY ways to measure the Fear and Greed Index?
For example, you can look at the Highest follower profits table on Bybit. After 10/10 people are so scared and have lost so much trust (and perhaps simply no longer have the financial means) that there’s very little money left in copy trading. So little, in fact, that two bots with about ±60 days of history and ~180 subscribers between them occupy the third and fourteenth places in the ranking 🙄
I sometimes keep screenshots of past rankings. To illustrate: on May 31, 2025, occupying the third position required follower profits of around 65000 USDT, and fourteenth position required about 14000 USDT. That’s 3 – 4 times more than now.
And what’s the other news here? Bybit has slightly changed how it displays statistics: now it shows a somewhat useful Sharpe ratio and profit/loss ratio for the selected period. But it removed very useful (in my opinion) information about the number of followers a master trader has. From now on to find out how popular is a master trader one has to visit their profile. It seems more fair for the new master traders, but I am very, very disappointed ☹️ Followers bring followers, remember? Well, it’s not so much true anymore.

У меня иногда есть скриншоты прошлых топов. Так вот, чтобы быть на третьем месте 31/05/2025 нужно было иметь прибыль подписчиков около 65000 USDTа на 14 месте – 14000 USDT. Т.е. в 3 – 4 раза больше.
А какие ещё новости есть? Байбит изменил немного выдачу статистики и теперь показывает условно полезный коэффициент Шарпа и соотношение прибыли/убытка за выбранный период времени. Зато убрал на мой взгляд очень полезную информацию о количестве подписчиков у конкретного трейдера. Теперь узнать, насколько он популярен можно лишь посетив его профиль. По отношению к новым трейдерам так, наверное, честнее, но я очень, очень расстроен ☹️ Подписчики ведь приносят новых подписчиков, но теперь это уже не так очевидно.

For example, you can look at the Highest follower profits table on Bybit. After 10/10 people are so scared and have lost so much trust (and perhaps simply no longer have the financial means) that there’s very little money left in copy trading. So little, in fact, that two bots with about ±60 days of history and ~180 subscribers between them occupy the third and fourteenth places in the ranking 🙄
I sometimes keep screenshots of past rankings. To illustrate: on May 31, 2025, occupying the third position required follower profits of around 65000 USDT, and fourteenth position required about 14000 USDT. That’s 3 – 4 times more than now.
And what’s the other news here? Bybit has slightly changed how it displays statistics: now it shows a somewhat useful Sharpe ratio and profit/loss ratio for the selected period. But it removed very useful (in my opinion) information about the number of followers a master trader has. From now on to find out how popular is a master trader one has to visit their profile. It seems more fair for the new master traders, but I am very, very disappointed ☹️ Followers bring followers, remember? Well, it’s not so much true anymore.
