As we announced in the statement of January 23 (see announcement), we continue working on polishing as best as possible what will be the initial investment proposal of Soros Chain for the different stages of financing and market launch. Since the message 10 days ago we have made progress on several things and the reason for this community today is to update you with the progress.

🗺 Initial Roadmap proposal (See Roadmap in Docs)
Although the roadmap will be updated and adapted as we progress, our map is published in the documentation and divides the year 2024 into 4 quarters including milestones such as Listing in Tier 1 Exchanges, Mainnet Launch, Events and Conferences in different Countries, Integration with NFT Platforms, etc.

📊 Tokenomics, Distribution and Vestings (See in Docs)
Perhaps this is the strongest point and the one that took us the longest since diagramming tokenomics in the initial stage requires that we have a vision and planning years in advance; At a certain point, today we have to be able to foresee what we may be needing in 5 years, for example. That said, with an interdisciplinary team, we have managed to come up with a first token distribution proposal that adapts to our current needs but will also be able to respond to our future demands.
The token distribution proposal includes elements such as Liquidity Boosters Fund, Staking/Farming Rewards, Developers & MMORPG Influencer Incentive Program, IRL Events & Conferences and even Payroll Bonuses & Incentives (in addition to the usual ones). Additionally, we also added the Vestings and Cliffs proposal for the distribution of funds where, for example, all concepts referring to team and soros as a work organization, have a vesting of 24 months.

We've decided to change the code of the Soros token contract to become extremely secure for users.

The new contract is: 0x3462a9c25a1b3aa87297706c2b0c1c4a76034f06 (ERC20)

What are the improvements in the new contract?
- The ticker changed from XSRS to SOR
- All taxes and fees are eliminated
- All transaction restrictions are removed
- Reflective functions removed

The reason for this change, like our supply, is to adapt to the standards of the other leading projects in the market. If we want to be a top 100 CMC company, we have to behave like a top 100 CMC company.

Concluding, as we write this message, the audit and KYC certificates are being processed.

I also take this opportunity to tell you about progress in all other verticals:
- Companies are being established in Delaware, US and Dubai, UAE.
- Security and KYC certificates are being processed
- Licenses are being processed to operate with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology (banking licenses, ATM distributors, virtual wallets, physical prepaid cards, physical collection points, physical and virtual exchange platform and more).
- We have added many experienced players to the team.
- We are in a Seed round with VC, Angel and Institutional investors.
- We are negotiating with Launchpads and CEX for the launch of SOR token to the market.
- We are working with incubators and accelerators (as well as advisors) to increasingly sharpen Soros' business model.
