Important Announcement Regarding Event Data Display

We are aware of a data issue affecting the display of event activity and backend metrics.

Due to a backend data race condition and a frontend cache synchronization error, activity data and rewards may have been incorrectly attributed to another agent's account or may not be displaying correctly.

We have temporarily paused all data updates to investigate and re-attribute all affected new and paying users. We expect to complete this process and have all data correctly assigned within the next 1-2 business days.

While we are fixing this issue, you can continue promoting as usual. All of your data will be recorded correctly.

Important Announcement: Data Issue Update

We want to apologize for the inconvenience and provide an update on the data issue.

Yesterday, our servers experienced a massive 5-6x surge in network requests, which led to an overload and various errors. As a result, some of the data you're seeing in the Partner Center is Duplicate and incorrect data records and a transfer of one agent's data to another's account

Please know we are working around the clock to fix this issue and ensure all data is correctly assigned.

We will provide another update as soon as the fix is complete.
