REGARDING THE SOLCUBATOR TIERS:
Note that this measure is taken due to the given price conditions. As our project matures, the token requirement per tier will be eased again.

If we had not taken any measure, our tiers would have been futile.

Finally, early SOLC investors will be granted a higher allocation:
- OLD investors will get the tier they deserve for the first few IDOs
- NEW investors will have to conform to the new tier standards

More information on this will be apparent after the IDO teaser.

As promised, we want to grant our early holders a higher tier relative to their current holdings.

Given the current price conditions and our updated tier system, we believe this is a positive step for the community.
