This is such bullshit. Birds are much much better planters, see for example the Eurasian Jay :
We need to protect the habitat of birds and rely on them to replant the places that have been destroyed, not use drones. Smh.
Not to mention that this post uses a very weird militaristic tone, as if seeds where missiles. Ecology is not war, and we need not use technologies from the military to restore the places destroyed by it.

Eurasian jays will also bury the acorns of other oak species, and have been cited by the National Trust as a major propagator of the largest population of holm oak (Q. ilex) in Northern Europe
