To put this into perspective, this amount of energy is roughly equivalent to the energy released by detonating about 150,000 nuclear bombs with an explosive yield of 20 kilotons each! This highlights the enormous amount of energy stored in matter, which is a central concept in Einstein's theory of relativity.
