HOAs are not legally binding or constitutional. They can't do shit. My advise would be get a gun and some help if they try to send someone out.

honestly I think theory being hard to read is the fault of circlejerk translators using lots of jargon. These ideas aren't hard. People aren't going to spin caskets because someone comes in and uses plain, even entertaining language to paraphrase ideas so long as the ideas aren't badly mutilated as a result.

Saving Seeds
With regards to store-bought fruit and vegetable seeds. Some places have stopped selling them altogether. Some are hiking-up prices. In my area, theyโre still pretty-well available... for now.
My suggestion to you, whether you plan on using them or not, would be to invest in a good variety of seeds. Theyโre too cheap not to.
- If you donโt plan on using them this year, store them in a cool, dry place.
- When packaging your seeds, be sure that theyโre exposed to as little moisture as possible. Small glass jars or ziploc-type bags work well. Even Tupperware, if you can spare any. Personally, I'll be using an aluminized mylar bag and an oxygen absorber and storing my leftovers in the freezer.
- Even if you donโt use them this season, buying seeds is an investment in your future. Hell, you could use them as currency.
Hereโs how many YEARS you can expect your seeds to remain viable, under the right storage conditions:
Asparagus โ 3
Bean โ 3
Beet โ 4
Broccoli โ 3
Brussels Sprouts โ 4
Cabbage โ 4
Carrot โ 3
Celeriac โ 3
Cauliflower โ 4
Celery โ 3
Swiss Chard โ 4
Chicory โ 4
Chinese Cabbage โ 3
Collards โ 5
Sweet Corn โ 2
Cucumber โ 5
Eggplant โ 4
Endive โ 5
Fennel โ 4
Kale โ 4
Kohlrabi โ 3
Leek โ 2
Lettuce โ 6
Muskmelon โ 5
Mustard โ 4
Okra โ 2
Onion โ 1
Parsley โ 1
Parsnip โ 1
Pea โ 3
Pepper โ 2
Pumpkin โ 4
Radish โ 5
Rutabaga โ 4
Salsify โ 1
Spinach โ 3
Squash โ 4
Tomato โ 4
Turnip โ 4
Watermelon โ 4
Anarchist tip! If you need to steal these get the nice heirloom seeds and a flatbed cart. Sandwich all your seed packets between some big bags of manure or potting soil, making due the UPC is visible. Stack another two on top. Make sure you're leaving with like eight cubic feet of the same shit, and your seeds are under the top six. Can spend 20 dollars on literal horse shit this way, leave with 100 dollars worth of nice seeds.
