It's an amusing fact that the national guard typically uses a cable lock through a spoke on the wheel to secure vehicles, same vulnerability to bolt cutters as a bike lock. I doubt many of the criminal element know that the switch between the drivers door and steering wheel needs to be turned to an intermediate position, which turns on a light above it, while the glow plugs in the diesel engine warm up. After a few seconds the light goes off and you can flip it to start. I bet some crazy dorks are going to get busted for not knowing that bit of trivia. Probably somewhere where there was a prison break and the cops are staying home for anything short of a murder.

To get an idea of how much worse things have gotten in two short weeks, the US, on our fairly limited roll out of tests, has passed China. Most folks still can't get a test that want one, and it's against DOD policy to test enlisted unless they're two steps from the morgue.
