دا المسمى اللي بيطلق للمبرمج اللي حاصل على وظيفة جديد

في فرق بين Fresher و Junior

• ال Fresher بيبقى خبرته محدودة و في الغالب بيبقى متوظفش قبل كدا او هو حاليا اخد اول وظيفة ليه ف حياته كلها لحد دلوقتي

• اما ال Junior بيبقى خبير اكتر عن ال Fresher و دا طبعاً بحكم انه اتوظف اكتر منه او بقي وقت اطول ف شركة واتعود على موضوع انه يعمل tasks بتطلب منه و عارف الدنيا ماشية ازاي على الاقل.
