Alt tabbing from full screen and back.

Unity/UE4/Any Other Engine: alright

Source: *black screens for 20 seconds, background audio FX stuck looping, hl2.exe is not responding, sudden burst of all the missed FX played at once and gameplay resumes per normal.*

Or just get Kalash and Vodka. Both works either way
