Ah yes what better way to free Hong Kong then *flips through notes* a satirical symbol of American militarism
A satirical symbol of specifically sinophobic anti communist imperialism and militarism....the layers...
Happy birthday Mao
Boolagoo memes are the worst. Not only are americans the most obedient and sheeplike population that a revolt is extremely unlikely, but had they really wanted to do anything to preserve their own freedom, they would have revolted ages ago.
yeah I read theory
What’s been going on at Boeing is one of the most LSC going on in the world today. Here’s a quick rundown so you can tell people.

* Airbus created a profitable plane.
* Boeing recognized that they would be outpaced in the commercial markets.
* Boeing began developing a plane - the 737 MAX - that would ostensibly compete with Airbus and maintain Boeing’s market share.
* One CEO oversaw the development of the MAX. Another witnessed it killing 346 people and continued production for almost a year after the second of two crashes led to the FAA grounding the planes. The FAA has evidence that Boeing executives were aware that the MAX had fatal issues years before it met the airways.
* The MAX’s issues stem from its being designed as a series of alterations to previous 737 models. Rather than design a new, aerodynamic plane, Boeing decided to save costs by developing an automated flight assistance system called MCAS. That system is, in part, flawed because it uses only one of its two available sensors to overtake control of the plane from the pilots.
* Boeing’s customers do not want to train pilots to fly new planes. It costs days of labor and there is already an impending pilot shortage. MCAS was designed to allow pilots to fly the MAX the same way they fly the 737-800. However, neither Boeing nor the airlines saw fit to *tell the pilots that the system existed.* When it surprised pilots, it led to two crashes.
* Since the planes were grounded, Boeing has maintained that they are going to find a software fix for MCAS. But the MAX is aerodynamically flawed. It will crash because it is a broken design. Boeing knows this, and the FAA knows that Boeing knows. The investigation is “ongoing.”
* Boeing, after learning that the MAX was a death trap, proceeded to sell 5000+ MAX planes, 90% of which will never be delivered. Or, they committed at least $5 billion in corporate fraud.
* What’s more, Boeing recognized that their production schedule was too slow to compete with Airbus. So factory managers upped the workload of their already depleted workforce. Despite the objections of a now-whistleblower, Boeing continued its haphazard production of both 737 MAX and 737 NG planes. One of the planes that crashed was on the factory floor when the employee raised concerns about the floor’s safety.
* Boeing fired its CEO days ahead of delivering a disastrous 2019 year-end report.

So. Boeing has been committing fraud on behalf of an entire industry that doesn’t want to train pilots to fly different planes because it costs money. They don’t want to design new, safe planes because it costs money. They don’t want to provide a safe work environment because it costs money. Boeing has risked countless lives in order to maintain the appearance of growth, and at the end of the day, they have risked the entirety of their $100 billion market share AND the stability of the global economy (Boeing represents 3% of the US economy). 2020 should be fun.
