Nothing fundamental will change (regardless of whether the Democrats had won or not), the economy will continue to go to shit (as the trend over the past decade shows us), and workers' rights and strikes will be increasingly curbed.
Leftists (very amusingly) in their dementedness place a moral value on elections, the democratic system, and the action of voting itself.
It would be funny if they would reflect on what the real value and usefulness of democracy and the democratic system is if their “basic rights” are challenged every four years.

enjoy for the next years of useless wars where workers from different nations are sent to die for "the nation" or the "defense of the homeland," enjoy your 8/10 hour workdays, lower and lower real wages and higher and higher inflation. Enjoy paying your electricity, rent and basic necessities more and more. And have the best time thinking that all the problems that destroy your life are not basic consequences of the capitalist system but something that can be solved by putting a ballot in a box for “the right person” or the “right party” every x years.
