<One of the first actions of the PRC was the banning of all political parties that had supported both the February and October revolutions such as the Bolsheviks, Mensheviks and socialist-revolutionaries meanwhile the Kadet party was allowed to remain legal due to some of their members also being part of the PRC
<The makeup of the PRC included - One former sailor claiming to be an Anarcho-Syndicalist who had travelled to Krondstat after being kicked out of the 'White-Movement', A former Okhrana official who had previously been interned in St. Petersburg jail before being released by the Bolsheviks as part of a general amnesty, A black-marketer who had accumulated seven properties in St. Petersburg along with three Dachas in the countryside, Two senior politicians in the Liberal-Democratic Kadet party who had also been wealthy capitalists in the city of St. Petersburg prior to the october revolution and a former white-movement general who had initially defected to the red-army after a disagreement with white leadership
<The PRC immediately arrested hundreds of Kotlin and Krondstat's residents and interred them in the city jail under the direction of aforementioned Okrahna officer who had told the rest of committee that a "Bolshevik coup was immeninent"
<Soviets were banned after the committee and their supporters came under the belief that "Soviets are run by the Bolsheviks and Left-SR's NO! NO! NO! To that!"
