2- Acetyl CoA cannot synthesize glucose because its reaction is irreversible; and if it enters the TCA cycle, it will be oxidized to Co2 & H2O.
3- Trypsin has a central role in protein digestion because it also activates other proteolytic enzymes.
4- The difference between trypsin & carboxypeptidase B is that the latter is an "exopeptidase" acting on the terminal a. a. and releasing it, but trypsin is an endopeptidase.
