Its helped me a little bit, if you cant tell from the new character, slow art output and such. Ive been going through a artist point of feeling like i flatlined in all aspects. like not connecting with other peers, not being where i want in life, and trying to branch out more (im 20, i have so much time but my brain dont realize that) but this is a good way to do introspection.
