Tracy | 12:45 AM | Tracy PD Officers have a vehicle that took off on them stopped and the driver of the vehicle detained on 9th St near 11th St. Officers tried stopping the vehicle for a traffic infraction in the North part of town but failed to stop. Officers eventually located the vehicle on 9th St and detained the driver.
