Really commendable step by UPSC. Releasing of answer key right after the exam (2 days) and then taking in all the issues with the answer key.. and finally releasing the final answer key within a week of the Prelims…

really really great work 🙏

Just thinking out loud

Want to get the offline Center running before Prelims

Because Pre ke din bachon ko lunch ke dauraan kuchh khaane peene ka intezaam karna hai

It’s too hot and many come to Chandigarh from outside

Let’s see if we’ll be able to finish it by then 🤞

I am not just opening another offline center

I am opening an Intellectual Monastery

A disciplined ecosystem
A serious space for preparation

A place where your presence alone would make you absorb the language and ideas of success in UPSC

I’ve made it happen online
Now I will recreate it in our offline 🙏

Would love to have you there
Intellectually stimulating yourself
And raising the bar which automatically enables us to ace the exam 🙏🙏

Two Letters, Ten Minutes Apart
One for success, one for failure

Last-minute jitters are very real.

Just before the final result, I wrote two letters to myself — one for the scenario where I would see my name in the list, and another for when I wouldn't.

I remember sitting in a café, with an unfurling Indian flag in front of my desk. In that moment, writing out both possibilities, and talking honestly to myself in those realities, calmed my nerves more than any “motivation” could.

Fearlessness is rarely the absence of fear. More often, it is the willingness to acknowledge fear, and even its consequences, without running away from them.

Once you confront the possibility you fear the most, the mind slowly stops catastrophizing. And strangely, that acceptance brings steadiness.

So in these final days, whenever things feel overwhelming, see if writing a letter to yourself helps settle the noise a little.

Ultimately, in the final lap, mental strength matters far more than one more source or revision cycle.
