The power of #Dandelion
If you get sick from COVID or have ongoing longhaul symptoms, dandelion may help! COVID reduces blood oxygen by making red blood cells stick together...it also depletes iron which is required for hemoglobin, which transports oxygen. Low oxygen content is the driver of COVID complications. The paper cited below says that Dandelion blocks numerous versions/variants of the spike protein from binding with cellular receptors, which is really getting at the root of the problem.
