Why do I have to exist right now

I didn't know

I didn't know that a movie could send me into such a state of horror and panic and fear and anxiety

I feel like I almost died

I felt that I was going to hurt myself somehow

I didn't and don't want to

But I felt like it was going to happen

I can't explain it

Telegram decided to make it so you can delete the other person's message in a pm

And have it disappear for both parties
