Lemo Opuscar: a style toolbox for Claude Code
59 ready-made film styles (77 in 2D, 4 in 2.5D, 17 in 3D), plus the tools to turn any of them into your own, or build one from a blank page. Each style ships as a style prompt and a demo film, made entirely in code: no video model, no stock footage.
The flagship demo, OPUSCAR 98, is the project's own showcase: one agent redraws all 98 Best Picture winners (1927 to 2025) in a style that fits each film, in a 6:31 video. The style and 2D/2.5D/3D counts come from the README, not an independent benchmark.
Every film is built by an AI agent writing code: picture on canvas and WebGL, music scored from free sample libraries, narration from text-to-speech.
Requires: Claude Code, with access to Claude Opus 5.5. The toolbox itself is free and MIT/CC BY 4.0 licensed; the model calls are not, so you need a paid Anthropic plan or API key. The README names no OS, GPU or VRAM requirement.
The catch: the styles are tuned specifically for Opus 5.5; the README warns other models may not reproduce them well.
Try it:claude plugin marketplace add lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscarthenclaude plugin install lemo-opuscar@lemolab, or clone the repo and runclaudeinside it. Then just describe the film you want, in English or Chinese.
Use it instead of a stock-footage editor when you want a fully original, code-made film in a distinct visual style. Don't use it if you need live-action footage or a model other than Opus 5.5.

Rakazo is an open source, TypeScript agent the project pitches as an alternative to Grok Bot, Meta Muse, OpenAI Dots, and similar closed teammates. Each bot gets its own conversations, memory, routines, and history, and can delegate to peer bots or short-lived subagents.
Rakazo itself costs nothing. The intelligence does: you connect your own model credentials (OpenRouter or another supported provider) during onboarding, so you're paying that provider's API, not Rakazo.
Local Docker computers are on by default for sandboxing, or point it at E2B, Daytona, CreateOS, Boat, or Railway with that provider's API key.
Requires: Docker Engine, the Compose plugin, curl, and OpenSSL for the published-images install. For a source checkout instead: Node.js 22.22.2+ (or 24.x / 26+, not 23.x or 25.x) and pnpm 9.
The catch: it's beta, and every chat still burns model API usage on top of whatever you pay.
Try the published images:mkdir -p rakazo && cd rakazo &&
curl -fsSLO https://raw.githubusercontent.com/elie222/rakazo/main/infra/compose/install-images.sh &&
bash install-images.sh
Then openhttp://127.0.0.1:5173, create an account, and connect a model.
Use it instead of Grok Bot if you want your own model and sandbox rather than a closed, hosted one. Don't use it if you want a finished, zero-setup product: this is still beta.

Google Drive plugin: search, create, and share files
GitHub plugin: manage repos, issues, pull requests, and Actions
Playwright plugin: click, screenshot, and test in a real browser
What's in the box
cursor/plugins is the official plugin repository for Cursor, the AI code editor. Each plugin lives in its own directory at the repo root (or under third_party/) with a .cursor-plugin/plugin.json manifest, the same format across all of them.
The README's own table lists more than 40 plugins across three categories: Developer Tools (Thermos for security audits, pstack, Advisor, Ralph Loop), Productivity (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), and Integrations (GitHub, Playwright, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Docusign, and more). That count is the project's own listing, not an outside benchmark.
Requires: Cursor itself installed and running. Every plugin executes inside Cursor, not as a standalone program. Most third-party plugins also need their own credentials: a Google account for Gmail or Drive, a GitHub token for the GitHub plugin, similar logins for Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and the rest.
The catch: none of this runs without Cursor. No CLI or other editor is mentioned in the README, so if you're not already using Cursor, these plugins do nothing for you.
The repository itself is free and open source, written in TypeScript. Whether the whole setup costs money depends on your Cursor plan and whichever third-party accounts you connect. The README doesn't price those.
Use it instead of hand-writing your own MCP server when you want a maintained manifest for a common tool. Don't use it if you're not on Cursor, since none of this works elsewhere.
To try it, clone the repo and point Cursor at a plugin's manifest:git clone https://github.com/cursor/plugins
cd plugins/third_party/gmail
Then open the folder's.cursor-plugin/plugin.jsonin Cursor and install it from there.

Clones behavior, not ownership: never copies code, logos, copy or content
Eleven skills, one pipeline
Run them in order: recon, architect, design, build, backend, test, diff, entrepreneur, brand, launch, deploy. Each one reads what the last one wrote, in a replica/ folder in your project.
The README's own walkthrough, cloning a scheduling app, is where the numbers come from, not an independent benchmark: recon finds 18 screens and 7 flows, diff scores the finished clone 86 on features, and entrepreneur reads 140 real reviews across the App Store, G2, Capterra and Reddit to rank the top complaints.
Six of the eleven tools are plain Python, standard library only, none touch the network: imgdiff.py diffs screenshots by edge maps so new colours don't count against you, parity.py scores features.csv, reviews.py ranks complaints with a link back to every quote, sweep.py blocks the deploy until the original's name is gone from your code.
The catch: it clones what the app does, never what it owns. No source code, logos, copy or private APIs, and it only reads public pages or your own logged-in account, never behind someone else's login or a paywall.
Use it instead of hand-reverse-engineering a competitor to validate an app idea. Don't use it if you need the original's exact assets, logo or copy. The whole thing is deliberately clean-room.
Requires: Python 3.8 or newer for the Python tools, nothing to pip install, plus Claude Code or claude.ai to run the skills. No signup or API key on top of that, but Claude itself isn't free.
Try it: pastehttps://github.com/Jakeschincariol/replica-skillthen "install skill" into Claude, or in Claude Code run/plugin marketplace add Jakeschincariol/replica-skilland/plugin install replica-skill@replica-skill.

Rolls on wheels: swap wheels in and it loads a different brain
Picks up and quacks: beak-first pickup, and its own quack voice
What's inside the duck
Microduck is about 25 cm and 800 g per the README, run by daemons on a Rockchip RK3566 board: robotd drives a 50 Hz control loop over fifteen servos, updaterd installs signed releases and rolls them back if a robot comes up unhealthy, and btd, padd, mediad, tofd handle Bluetooth, the gamepad, the camera and the depth sensor. Everything talks over one JSON-RPC contract on Unix sockets, written in Rust.
The walking and rolling policies are trained separately in microduck_rl: MuJoCo simulation, PPO, domain randomisation, then exported to ONNX and loaded here. The 50 Hz loop, the 25 cm/800 g size, and the servo count are the project's own description in the README, not an independent benchmark.
The code is free and open source, no API key or cloud model involved anywhere in the stack. What costs money is the duck itself: the catch is you need the physical robot, not just this repo. Pollen Robotics sells it directly, the link is in the README.
Requires: the physical Microduck hardware (the Rockchip RK3566 board is built in), a gamepad to drive it, and the wheels accessory for roller mode. Without a robot, runscripts/duck-simto drive the real daemons against a simulated body in MuJoCo instead.
Use it instead of a generic hobby biped kit when you want RL locomotion and the sim2real pipeline already solved. Don't use it if you are not buying the hardware: there is no way to run the robot's full real behaviour in software alone.

How Hallmark runs
Hallmark itself is a free, MIT-licensed skill. But it runs inside your existing Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or OpenCode setup, so whatever model or API key you already pay for there is still doing the work. Hallmark adds nothing to the bill on its own.
A build deals three themes from a catalog of forty-eight materials (paper, type, colour, surfaces, its own components), each one a file under 8 KB. That count, and the 755 openly licensed photos credited by subject, are the project's own figures from its README, not an outside measurement.
It checks each page at eight widths with its own script, then a fresh-context reviewer looks again before anything ships. The static checks always run. The browser-based render and screenshot checks need Chrome andpuppeteer-coreinstalled, that's the main catch: skip them and you lose the rendering and screenshot lint.
Requires: Node 18 or later; Chrome plusnpm i -g puppeteer-corefor the render and screenshot checks.
Install withnpx skills add nutlope/hallmark -g, then describe a build or run/hallmark <prompt>. Point it at something that already exists with/hallmark redesign ./src/appor/hallmark audit ./index.html.
Use it instead of just asking your assistant to "make it look nicer" when you want a repeatable check against AI-slop tells. Don't use it if you're not already on one of those four harnesses.

Anthropic's own example: a Sales plugin can connect to your CRM, learn your sales process, and draft follow-ups and prospect research. Nothing in any plugin is executable code, so anyone can open it on GitHub, read exactly how Claude is told to "do sales," and edit it like a text document.

Requires: a paying Claude account, Claude Code or Cowork installed, and for most plugins an API key or login for the tool it connects to (CRM, Slack and similar). Anthropic calls this a research preview, shipped January 30, 2026.
The Decoder reports plugins currently run locally only, with enterprise-wide management "planned for later," and notes Cowork itself has had reported security vulnerabilities. The repo is Apache 2.0 and has grown to roughly 32.6k stars and 3.6k forks per GitHub.
Use it instead of a closed "custom GPT" style config when you want files you can read and fork. Don't use it yet if your team needs centralized, enterprise-wide plugin management: that part isn't built.

What's inside the duck
Microduck is the robot's brain: a Rockchip RK3566 board running a handful of Rust daemons. robotd drives a 50 Hz control loop over fifteen servos from neural policies exported to ONNX, alongside daemons for updates, wifi, Bluetooth, the gamepad and the camera.
The walking, rolling and pickup policies are trained separately, in the microduck_rl repo: MuJoCo simulation, PPO, domain randomisation, then exported to ONNX for sim2real onto the real duck. The 25 cm, 800 g figures and the 50 Hz loop are the project's own published spec, not an independent measurement.
Requires: a physical Microduck, bought at pollen-robotics.com/microduck, or the MuJoCo simulator viascripts/duck-simif you don't have one. A gamepad to drive it. Bluetooth andduckctlif you want to control it from a laptop with no network and no ssh.
The catch, straight from the project: you need a duck, or its simulator, to try any of this. There's no way to play with the policies without one or the other.
The code and docs are free and open on GitHub. The physical duck costs money through the official store; nothing here calls out to a paid API or cloud model.
To try it without buying anything, clone the repo and runscripts/duck-simfor a simulated duck in a window, driven by the real daemons.
Use it instead of a generic RL robotics demo when you want a working, hardware sim2real example you can hold. Don't use it if you have no duck and don't want to run MuJoCo: there's nothing to drive.

How Hallmark checks its own work
Made by Together AI. Hallmark deals three themes from its catalog of forty-eight materials (paper, type, colour, texture, its own components), then builds the page around the visitor's job: a booking page books, a shop sells, a newsletter subscribes.
The hero is built and reviewed alone before the rest of the page exists. Thenscripts/sloplint.mjs --renderchecks the page at eight widths against the named tells, and a fresh-context subagent reviews it cold. Gates come in tiers: Floor never ships (contrast, focus, invented facts), Reflex is the default a build can overrule with a reason, Finish is craft polish that never blocks a ship.
It also ships/hallmark redesign <path>and/hallmark audit <path>, and a library of 755 openly licensed, credited photos.
The forty-eight and the 755 are the project's own catalog counts, not a third-party benchmark.
Hallmark itself is free and MIT licensed. It runs inside whichever AI coding tool you already have open, so you pay only whatever that tool already charges for model access, nothing extra.
Requires: Node 18 or later; Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode to invoke it. Install withnpx skills add nutlope/hallmark -g(drop-gfor one project only).
The catch: the browser checks, sloplint --renderand the self-captured screenshots, need Chrome andnpm i -g puppeteer-coreinstalled separately. Without them the static checks still run.
Use it instead of eyeballing your own AI-generated page for slop when you want the check built into your coding agent. Don't use it if you need the browser checks without touching Chrome or puppeteer-core yourself.

Claude Opus just directed a movie without touching a video model
An AI agent writes the JavaScript that draws, scores and narrates a film, frame by frame. FFmpeg cuts the result together.

Zero video-model frames: Claude Opus writes JavaScript instead
Code is the camera: it draws, scores and voices every scene
98 Oscar winners, one film: a 6:31 demo redraws them all
Matching style per winner: 77 in 2D, 17 in 3D, 4 in 2.5D
59 styles, 11 categories: a library to build your own film

How Opuscar 98 gets made
Claude Opus 5.5 runs as a Claude Code skill/plugin, not a video model. It writes plain JavaScript (Canvas and WebGL) that draws every frame, composes the score and generates the text-to-speech narration, then FFmpeg stitches it all together. No diffusion or video model ever runs in the pipeline.
The flagship demo, "Opuscar 98", is a 6:31 film covering all 98 Best Picture winners from 1927 to 2025, each redrawn in a different matching style: 77 in 2D, 4 in 2.5D, 17 in 3D. The line "every frame, every note and every cut was written in code by Claude Opus 5.5" is the project's own claim on its homepage, not an outside benchmark.
The repo ships 59 ready-made styles across 11 categories (documentary edits, hand-drawn and painting, shadow puppetry, Ukiyo-e, paper-cut, printmaking, 3D and more), totaling 56 minutes of demo film, plus a guided five-step workflow for designing custom styles.
Requires: Claude Code, plus access to Claude Opus to generate anything. The code itself is free and MIT-licensed, but Opus access runs through Anthropic's paid API or a Claude plan, there is no free local-model path here.
The catch: this is a code generator Opus has to write well, not a one-click render button, so output quality depends on how closely Opus follows the style brief. The project doesn't list other hardware requirements.
Try it:claude plugin marketplace add lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscarthenclaude plugin install lemo-opuscar@lemolab. The repo was created September 26, 2026 and had passed 7,300 stars and 825 forks by October 25.
Use it instead of a text-to-video model when you want full control over visual style with no model-generated artifacts. Don't use it if you want an instant one-prompt video, you still need Opus access and some patience.
