Today, UA attacked Ryazan, Kstovo and Kirishi oil refineries, which are among the top 5 largest plants in Russia.
UA long-term objectives might be the following:
- Diminishing economic potential of Russia;
- Creating domestic discontent by driving prices up;
- Due to sanctions replacing damaged/destroyed parts will be difficult;
- Causing psychological effects by bringing war to Russia.
