It’s so fitting that those who say Hell isn’t eternal will find out that it is eternal, in the worst way possible.

Wake up babe! We have rabbis translating ibn Ḥazm!

"A few years ago I was at a work dinner with a group of women. There were about 10-12 women around the ages of 22-35. After a few drinks, somehow the conversation drifted toward dating and marriage.

I was mostly silent because I wanted to hear what they had to say. Throughout the conversation I heard women say that marriage was “slavery,” that “kids are disgusting,” and that “career is more important than family.” What surprised me was the older women at the table agreeing with many of these statements, which mostly came from the younger women.

But what surprised me the most was when the questions were directed at me and I said, “I hope I have a wife and children one day.” From the looks on their faces, they seemed genuinely stunned by my answer. A few seconds of awkward silence followed.

I don’t think these “experts” on the birth rate crisis truly understand just how repulsed modern women are by the idea of marriage and children. The quoted post below shows what they prefer instead.

I’m regularly reminded of the anecdote I shared whenever I hear people discuss solutions to this critical issue. But it starts with people understanding why family is so important to begin with.

In about 10-20 years, we are going to have a large sample size of what putting hookups and career over family looks like in older women. The “male loneliness epidemic” will be exposed as a myth as more women age into singleness.

The “female loneliness epidemic” will look far worse. Why do you think that girl in Spain who was euthanized got so much media attention? Why do you think suicide pods are being invented?

It’s a dark and grim outlook on the future, but it’s worth discussing because these things should not be taken lightly."

r/progressive_islam is one of the filthiest subreddits I’ve ever come across.

It is also a clear demonstration that a significant number of claimants to Islām do not see the Dīn as anything more than a cultural identity and/or a (subjective) channel for their “spirituality”.

This should go without saying but I’m sure there will be some idiots that will not understand the issue with the screenshot:

The essence of Imān is tasdīq. You cannot be a Muslim without having certainty in Islām. The one who affirms Islām for such a person is himself a kāfir.

“What qualifications do you have to make takfīr of kuffār???”

“If you didn’t study some random introductory mutūn with a teacher, you have no right to takfīr, kid!!!”

Don’t let these neo-trad ijāzah sidis bully you into becoming a murjiʾī kāfir.

Make takfīr of the kuffār.

Just remember this post the next time the discussion on women traveling without a maḥram comes up.

Watching grown ass men kick around a ball, with their knees showing, revering kuffār and fussāq, all while cheering for teams that represent nation-states. And most of these people aren’t even from the country of the team that they’re cheering for.

What a pitiful state.
