Here is a clip of Yahūd talking about how they can effectively distort the Sharīʿah:
Replacing and undermining THE CLASSICAL ʿULAMĀʾ & UṢŪL AL-FIQH.
They even explicitly mention that the Qurʾān and aḥādīth alone can EASILY be reinterpreted however they want after that.

Israel is currently experiencing a significant wave of emigration, with numbers reaching unprecedented levels.
Source: JPost
— In 2023, approximately 55,400 people left the country, marking a sharp increase from the annual average of 37,100 over the previous decade.
— The trend has continued into 2024, with 40,600 Israelis having already emigrated in the first seven months of the year, averaging about 2,200 more per month compared to 2023.
— A substantial portion of those leaving are young adults in their 20s and 30s, who make up about 40% of emigrants despite representing only 27% of the population.
— The first half of 2024 saw over 550,000 Israelis leave the country since the onset of the Israel-Hamas war, with many not returning.

At least he is consistent with his belief system and worldview! 🤷🏻♂️
This scumbag has a lot less cognitive dissonance than the Pro-Palestine leftists.

The UN Trade and Development report said that if the war ends tomorrow and Gaza returns to the pre-7 October 2023 status quo, it could take 350 years for Gaza's battered economy to return to pre-war levels.
“Once a ceasefire is reached, a return to the pre-October 2023 status quo would not put Gaza on the path needed for recovery and sustainable development,” the report said. “If the 2007–2022 growth trend returns, with an average growth rate of 0.4 percent, it will take Gaza 350 years just to restore the GDP levels of 2022.”
All that will take a long time to rebuild, and could prove impossible under the blockade.

NEW UṢŪL AL-FIQH JUST DROPPED!
I find it so interesting that despite now having technology that can easily facilitate women learning without even having to leave the house, we use the “modern times” argument to JUSTIFY them leaving the house MORE often.
Heck, with all the online delivery options these days, they really don’t need to leave the house for almost anything!
But you know, they WANT to leave the house and go out and all that so we now need to revise fiqh and come up with all sorts of mental gymnastics to make sure the women have it EXACTLY as they want it.
Despite living in a time where women are the MOST uncovered, improperly dressed, and lacking respect in general, we are becoming more and more lax on gender segregation and we continue to bend over backwards to give them more. As if they aren’t entitled enough! How brilliant.
Please keep in mind that how we organize the masājid is one of the few things we DO actually have a say in when it comes to the filthy modern world where Muslims have almost no control over the economy, social norms, or anything else.
With this line of reasoning, you may as well abandon the maḏāhib and adopt the methodology of Muḥammad ʿAbdūh. Because that is the trajectory here.

I believe the Sharʿī ḥukm on women using the internet should be similar to that of traveling or leaving the house:
She must be under the constant supervision of her walī, and that walī must fulfill certain conditions for him to be qualified.
No competent walī = No Internet.
