You can hate someone without denying that you used to love them.
You don’t have to say “i knew it all along” just because something happened or someone betrayed you. You don’t have to act like you were untouchable or like you never trusted them in the first place.
It’s okay. It’s part of life. Sometimes people betray you. Sometimes people scam you. Sometimes the person you trusted hurts you.
And that doesn’t mean the trust wasn’t real. It doesn’t mean the love wasn’t real.
It was real. It just ended
We don’t have to deny what once existed just because we changed our minds about someone. The fact that it ended doesn’t erase the fact that, at one point, it meant something to us

Working from home means:
your boss thinks you're available
Your family thinks you're free
And your neighbors think you're jobless

Consistency hits differently when you're tired. Some days, it's not about motivation. It's about showing up and pushing through the hard days anyway.🫡

A shop gives you a webhook URL. What could go wrong?
Today, I added merchant-specific webhook URLs, signing secrets, and SSRF protection to keep internal services safe.

አንቺ ችግር ያለብሽ ችሎታ ማጣት አይደለም። በአንድ ጊዜ ብዙ አቅጣጫዎችን መያዝ ነው።

⏳ Day 20/60 Building SafePay
Day 20 is here🥳
Live mode is built, but switched off.
Today, I added separate test and live keys, with hashed storage and isolated payments, idempotency, rate limits, and webhooks. Live payments stay blocked until the required switches and real provider support are ready. The fake provider can never be used in live mode. Everything runs in test mode for now.

⏳ Day 21/60 Building SafePay
No code today.
Over the past 20 days, I've built several payment features. But one question remains do developers and shop owners in Ethiopia need SafePay as a layer connecting multiple payment providers, or is one provider enough?
I will ask how they accept payments, what goes wrong, and whether they ever lose track of payments. Building is important, but asking questions and gathering information helps me understand the real problem before building more.
Next: listing and filtering a merchant's payments.
