It’s just a chill space where I share my dev moments, ML/backend projects, and things I learn along the way. I started this to stay committed and grow with others. If you vibe with that, open your laptop and let’s figure out tech together 💻🧚‍♀️

What really saddens me about BiT is that, even though the campus is big and the environment is amazing, as tech students, we don’t show much harmony. Everyone seems to be moving alone.

From what I believe, software development needs teamwork. It’s not a bed of roses nor something you achieve in a day. It takes years of effort together.

When I talk to my friends from ASTU, AASTU, and AAU, what I really envy is their supportive community. Everyone lifts each other up, and there’s real solidarity everywhere.

How do I tell people that pushing a friend forward and working together doesn’t hold you back?

Bro, I watched many podcasts from students of those universities, now working at Google, Amazon, and other top places. When they speak about their time there, it’s clear they supported each other and worked hard together.

I just realized this about a year ago, and since then, I have been doing my best to build that spirit here. I’m still giving my full potential to make it happen. But honestly, I’m not sure if it will take place this year, or even next year.

I think one of the biggest challenges for talented students on our campus is the lack of a supportive community.

Sometimes, when someone says, "Let's build a project," "Let's organize an event," or "Let's learn something new together," people look at them as if they came from another planet. Instead of encouragement, they often face doubt, questions about experience, or even discouraging comments. Over time, this can make people afraid to share ideas, take initiative, or showcase what they have learned.

Honestly, it makes me wonder how many great ideas never get a chance to grow because the environment isn't supportive enough.

I'm curious about your experience. How was the community in your campus or university is built? How did you find people who shared your interests and ambitions?

And most importantly, do you think it's still possible for us to rebuild a culture of collaboration, support, and growth on our campus? 🤧
