➖ What kind of jobs do children like?

✔️ Kids have these, usually overblown and unrealistic job expectations that they usually see in movies and TV. For example, many of them want to be superstars like some singers or actors they see on TV and in popular films. They like the shiny image and glamour but have no idea what it takes to become one. Other jobs that boys usually like are some "manly" ones like being a soldier, a policeman, a fireman, or something along those lines. I think they like these mainly because they think they can shoot at things with their own guns. Obviously, they don't know how dangerous it is, and that soldiers could be killed. So these are some jobs kids believe are cool or interesting.


➖ What should people consider when choosing jobs?

✔️ I know everybody would say money, so let’s take this one out of the way. Yes, money is important, but quality of life and work-life balance are oftentimes more important, especially over time. People should consider how flexible the working hours are. They should demand having respectable holidays and enough leave and even sick leave. Everybody gets sick once in a while. What's more, many people make a decision to leave their city, family and friends in order to work in a big company. They should think twice. The mental stress of living without friends and family, and losing them slowly by being away can damage a person's mental health. This type of stress is not for everyone. So consider not moving too far. And so on, there are many things to consider.
