○ These verbs are used when talking about electronic devices.
● Can you turn on the lights, please?
● Don’t forget to turn off the TV before you leave.
▫️ Look up | چک کردن چیزی توی کتاب یا آنلاین
○ This means to search for information in a book or online.
● If you don’t know the word, look it up in a dictionary.
▫️ Come across | برخوردن به صورت اتفاقی
○ To find something or someone by chance.
● I came across an old friend while I was walking in the park.
▫️Put off | به تاخیر انداختن
○ To delay doing something.
● I always put off doing my homework until the last minute.
