📢 New Label Versions Live — Please Read!

We’ve added new shipping label versions on the website and Telegram bot:

PitneyBowesV2 (recommended — try this first)

EasyPostV2

StoreV2

StoreV3

Old versions are now renamed V1 / Version 1.

Quick switch instructions

Website: go to Order → Label → Type → Provider and pick the version you want.

Telegram bot: from the main screen tap 🔧 Extras → 📄 Shipping Version → 📄 USPS Version and choose.

Which should I use? (short)
V1 (original) has some tracking issues for a few users. V2 has an improved success rate and no tracking issues so far, we suggest trying PitneyBowesV2 first. If V1 works fine for you, you may keep using it. You can also mix V1 and V2 across shipments to compare.

Test & Report
Please test each label and use whichever works best for you. If you find any problems or have feedback, drop it here so we can keep improving.

Thank you for using SimpleShip.

At the moment, V2 Ground shipments are operating normally with little to no disruption, while V2 Priority services are experiencing some instability.

For anyone needing USPS labels today, we recommend using V2 Ground through Pitney Bowes for the most reliable performance.

Labels created under V2 Priority yesterday may not display tracking updates right away, but delivery is still expected to complete as usual.

Our team is actively reviewing performance and monitoring everything in real time, we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
Hello,

We’re now seeing scan inconsistencies on Ground V2 labels as well.

For the moment, V1 labels are the most stable option and are what we suggest using.

V2 will stay accessible for anyone who wants to try it, but it’s not the best choice for important shipments right now.

Top-ups are working again, you can add balance through the bot like normal.

We’ll keep monitoring and post more updates soon.
Simple Ship Update,

We’ve been actively reviewing the ongoing USPS tracking situation and analyzing shipment behavior day by day to stay ahead of any changes.

Here’s what we’re currently seeing:

• Some shipments are having earlier scans removed during transit, including drop-off or in-transit updates, typically within 1–3 days
• In certain cases, tracking may not update immediately after drop-off
• This is mainly affecting newly created labels, while shipments from before last Wednesday remain mostly stable
• PitneyBowes V1 and EasyPost V1 are currently showing the most consistent performance
• California appears to be the most affected state at the moment

We’re continuing to monitor everything closely and will share updates as more data comes in.

On our end, we’ve been working on new label methods to adapt to these changes. Initial testing is looking strong, and we’re scaling tests to ensure reliability before any wider release.

Simple Ship Update 📦

USPS PBv4 is now officially available.

Over the past several weeks, our team and a select group of high-volume clients have been using PBv4 with strong results. After extensive testing, we're now making it available to more users.

If you'd like PBv4 enabled on your account, please contact support at
@SimpleShipSupport.

That said, if your current USPS format is working well in your area, there is no need to switch. We always recommend sticking with whatever is performing best for your specific region and workflow.
