Many students are now facing new scholarship status issues during the payment stage. In this video, I have clearly explained why this duplicate error appears, whether it is because of multiple OTR registrations, applying on another scholarship platform, or simply a technical issue from the portal side.
I also explained what students should do if they never applied anywhere else but still received this status, how to take a proper screenshot, where to find ministry details, and how to contact the correct nodal officer for fast resolution.
