OK so I have a friend that lives in sheltered accommodation he was told by the warden hes the only one that hasn't had the vaxx in a block of approx 40 flats last week the warden asked him to put a bug trap in his bedroom saying there's a bedbug problem in the block so everyone was given one now hes discovered his flat is the only one that doesn't have any! Literally everyone else is infested and getting eaten alive but none whatsoever in his flat! After seeing how cats and dogs are reacting to vaxxed people ie attacking them, backing away or running away from their homes this is starting to make sense the animals and perhaps now the insects are seeing these people as already dead zombies. Nature is fighting back by the planet ascending and creatures making it very clear what no longer belongs here!

Amanda, I just checked out this vaccine shedding group.... and I am really shocked.
They were just talking about, how sick they are after being with a vaccinated person.
They have the same symptoms I had! 😱

I had these huge swellings on my neck, shoulders, on my back, on my arm till into my fingers.
I could hardly use my right arm and my fingers, all the time I was in agony.

So whether you are looking to have optimal health or to rid yourself of diseases or parasites an alkaline plantbased diet which includes consuming seeds is an integral part of these goals and bear in mind the 5D diet for ascension is a raw plantbased diet so again includes seeds! To poison yourself by eating apple seeds you would need to consume over 30 apples worth and nothing should be eaten to that extent we need variety & balance but bear in mind humans are frugivores so your diet should consist of at least 60% fresh raw organic fruit (grow your own where possible). Papaya seeds can be an acquired taste so i recommend removing the seeds, washing them, letting them dry then storing in a small airtight glass jar. Add 1 teaspoon of them to each smoothie - yes thats how powerful they are you dont need many at a time but the benefits are enormous especially if you have parasites in your gut that need clearing and the majority of people do especially if you eat animal products you will have loads! Avocado seeds can be washed and slow baked at approx 150° in an oven for 2hrs then eaten. Citrus seeds don't worry about consuming these they do no harm whatsoever. If you don't fancy eating seeds just leave them in when you make smoothies or juices the benefits are enormous 😋😉
