1) Dramatically reduce your intake of mainstream media, as well as time spent on screens.

2) Reconnect with nature, SLOW DOWN, self-nourish, calm your nervous system, self-heal, practice being in the heart centre at the eye of the storm. (There is great power in stillness, as it allows us to connect to Infinite Intelligence.)

3) Join (or create) a local group of like minded people. There are local community groups & freedom cells popping up all over the world.

4) Find a way for your base needs to be covered ~ safe space to live, local suppliers of food etc. ~ so you are not dependent upon ‘big corporates’ for your survival.

5) As these local community groups and freedom cells connect they will create a global network and an alternative economy ~ meaning we do not have to acquiesce to the ‘Corporate Plan’ of mass command & control via the CertificateOfVaccinationID-1(A)9(I)
