በሂደቱም ከ130ሺህ በላይ ሰዎች ለመፈተን ያመለከቱ ሲሆን ለመመዝገብ የሚያስፈልገውን መስፈርት ያሟሉትን በሙሉ ለፈተና እንዲቀርቡ ማድረጉን ገልፀዋል።
ባንኩ የፈተና አሰጣጡ ፍትሃዊ በሆነ መንገድ እንዲከወን በማሰብ ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በገባው ውል መሰረት ፈተናውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ዩኒቨርሲቲው እንዲሰጥ መደረጉም ተገልጿል።
