Job Scope:
• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp & online platforms
• Print DOs & prepare daily order documents
• Arrange courier bookings & coordinate deliveries
• Assist with delivery route planning
• Process orders accurately
• Prepare gift cards & order notes
• Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication & multitasking skills
• Admin/customer service experience is a bonus (training provided)
