El Salvador granted Bitfinex that country’s first license for digital asset service providers, the company said on Tuesday.
The new license was issued subsequent to a law passed in January by the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador that regulates digital securities and created a framework for the Central American country to launch bitcoin-backed bonds, also known as "Volcano Bonds".

The price is moving within an ascending channel. In a positive scenario, after a small correction, a rapid continuation of the rise is possible. In the event of a break in the ascending structure, there is a possibility of a more complex global correction.

Judging by the structure, the local impulse has come to an end and a corrective phase has begun. Therefore, in all scenarios for the continuation of the upward movement, the level of 25270 is a signal for the completion of the entire impulsive movement from the November low.

Most likely, the price is in a corrective phase. In the near future, a rebound upwards with a continuation of the decline is possible. A healthy correction is expected for further growth, however, if the level of 0.33 is reached, further decline and complexity of the correction model for the entire upward movement can be expected.
