Please2 JANGAN dengar lagu2 yang sendu, negatif, lagu yg mengandungi perkataan2 vulgar 😭 or rock songs huhu😞

It can mess with your mental state NEGATIVELY 💀💀💀
Kalu you banyak dengar lagu2 yg depress, cite pasal break up, sedih, anything negative ah,
Don't be surprised klu tetiba you start feeling down, sedih, hilang motivation 😞 those sounds are vibrations, they have frequencies.... Can affect your mood actually 🙊

Sooooo kita nak dengar apa ? 🤔
Dengar la benda2 yg baik, perkataan2 yg baik, positive words, positive energy 🥹
Cth: klu yg muslims, bolehlah dengar bacaan al quran, zikir dsb...
Those frequencies can give a positive effect on the mind 🙊

As we can guess, perkataan2 yg negatif, lagu rock, harsh words,
