when someone tu buat sesuatu sukan , banyak kandungan air n elektrolit dlm bdn kita akan keluar dlam bentuk peluh . Badan kita lak simpan kandungan karbohidrat dalam otot n hati yang dipanggil glikogen . ni kan sumber tenaga kita wktu sukan . bila bersukan , kan dh peluh pe semua an so 100plus ni sediakan kandungan air , karbohidrat n elektrolit kpd kita agar bdn jdi bertenaga balik . seperti y budak bio belajar , isotonik tu kan seimbang , soo sama mcm 100plus , drpd kita penat sukan n minum 100plus pstu jdi okey balik

Use it to your advantage. Utilise the opportunity you've been given wisely.
Not many people have this privilege😕
I'm not trynna be clichè or whatever, but there are kids around our age on this earth who had to quit studying and get a job so they can feed their families 😭
Some don't even have access to education like we do.
Always be grateful for what you have

As long as you have the opportunity to study, JUST STUDY and learn as much as you can.
