His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) called for a firmer international approach toward Iranian interventions in the region, based on applying simultaneous pressure on Tehran and its terrorist networks, cutting off their funding and weapons, alongside strengthening the capacities of national states and their legitimate institutions to protect their sovereignty and national security.
During his talks today, Monday, with German Ministry of Defense Secretary-General Nils Bolter, he said that the ongoing changes in the international stance toward the Iranian regime represent an opportunity to rebuild a more sustainable equation for regional security.
He added that the Yemeni experience provides one of the clearest examples of the dangers of armed groups growing outside state authority, gradually turning from an internal threat into a cross-border danger affecting ports, shipping routes, and international trade.
The President confirmed that the recent Houthi escalation against cities, ports, and civilian installations, including terrorist attacks on al-Mokha and Marib, reflects a desperate attempt to revive a policy of blackmail and test the Yemeni state's resolve after years of calm supported by the international community.
He indicated that the armed forces have shown high efficiency and preparedness readiness, and will continue launching painful strikes on Houthi terrorist command centers, gathering points and elements across various fronts.
The Chairman of the PLC called on the international community to have a greater role in tracking weapons smuggling networks, components and military-use technology, and to tighten measures against individuals and entities involved in financing and arming terrorist groups.
It is very important to boost international cooperation to prevent these capabilities from reaching the Houthi militias, he remarked.
Al-Alimi also called for supporting the government's capacities to protect the security of the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandeb, and sovereign ports.
The security of maritime routes cannot be ensured sustainably through international naval presence alone, but rather through a strong Yemeni state capable of extending its authority and protecting its coasts and territorial waters, he stressed.
He said that the Yemeni people cannot accept a model where there are official state institutions, while at the same time an armed group keeps weapons and independently decides when to fight and when to make peace, not to mention its connection to a cross-border destructive project.
The Chairman of the PLC highly praised the historical relations between the Republic of Yemen and the Federal Republic of Germany, deeply appreciating Berlin's firm stance alongside the Yemeni people and their national institutions.
He expressed his hope to further develop the Yemeni-German partnership, especially in the areas of institutional, security and defense capacity building, as well as protecting maritime routes.

مجلس القيادة يقر المزيد من اجراءات الردع المتكامل ويؤكد جاهزية القوات المسلحة لاستعادة مؤسسات الدولة وانهاء الانقلاب

أكد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي أن الدولة ماضية في جهودها لاستعادة مؤسساتها، وفرض سلطتها على كامل ترابها الوطني، وانهاء المعاناة الإنسانية التي صنعتها المليشيات الحوثية الإرهابية المدعومة من النظام الإيراني.
وأكد مجلس القيادة في اجتماع له اليوم برئاسة فخامة الرئيس الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، رئيس المجلس، وبحضور جميع أعضائه سلطان العرادة، طارق صالح، عبدالرحمن المحرمي، الكتور عبدالله العليمي، عثمان مجلي، محمود الصبيحي، وسالم الخنبشي، جاهزية القوات المسلحة وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية للقيام بمهامها الدستورية، وامتلاك زمام المبادرة، وجعل تصعيد المليشيات الإرهابية أكثر كلفة على قياداتها، وقدراتها، ومصادر تمويلها.
وكرس الاجتماع بحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور شائع الزنداني، لمناقشة تطورات الأوضاع العسكرية والأمنية والاقتصادية، والخيارات الاستراتيجية للدولة في مواجهة التصعيد المستمر للمليشيات الحوثية، على طريق جهود استعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وإنهاء الانقلاب.

وأشاد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بالكفاءة العالية التي أظهرها ابطال القوات المسلحة والأمن بمختلف تشكيلاتها لردع موجة التصعيد، وقدرتهم على إفشال هجمات المليشيات، وإلحاق خسائر موجعة بقدراتها، والوصول إلى أهداف عسكرية نوعية، مؤكداً أن هذا الأداء يعكس تحولاً مهماً في جاهزية مؤسسات الدولة للدفاع عن مؤسساتها، ومصالح شعبها.
واشار الاجتماع، الى ان العمليات الناجحة للقوات المسلحة خلال الأسابيع الماضية بعثت برسالة واضحة بأن زمن استباحة المدن، واستهداف المدنيين والمنشآت الوطنية دون كلفة قد انتهى، وأن أي تصعيد جديد ستكون له تبعات مباشرة على الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذه.
ووجه المجلس بإبقاء الجاهزية العسكرية والأمنية والاستخباراتية عند مستوياتها القصوى، وتعزيز إجراءات الحماية والإنذار المبكر، واستمرار الردع المتكامل
ويمنع المليشيات الارهابية من تحقيق أي مكاسب معنوية.
وفي الجانب الاقتصادي، أقر المجلس المضي في استكمال استعادة وظائف الدولة السيادية ومواردها، وتعزيز سيطرتها على المنافذ والإيرادات والخدمات الوطنية، ومكافحة شبكات التهريب وتمويل الارهاب، وفق مسار مدروس يحمي المواطنين والقطاع الخاص والمدخرات والتحويلات المشروعة، ويضمن عدم الإضرار بإمدادات الغذاء والدواء والسلع الأساسية.

وأكد مجلس القيادة في اجتماع له اليوم برئاسة فخامة الرئيس الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، رئيس المجلس، وبحضور جميع أعضائه سلطان العرادة، طارق صالح، عبدالرحمن المحرمي، الكتور عبدالله العليمي، عثمان مجلي، محمود الصبيحي، وسالم الخنبشي، جاهزية القوات المسلحة وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية للقيام بمهامها الدستورية، وامتلاك زمام المبادرة، وجعل تصعيد المليشيات الإرهابية أكثر كلفة على قياداتها، وقدراتها، ومصادر تمويلها.
وكرس الاجتماع بحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور شائع الزنداني، لمناقشة تطورات الأوضاع العسكرية والأمنية والاقتصادية، والخيارات الاستراتيجية للدولة في مواجهة التصعيد المستمر للمليشيات الحوثية، على طريق جهود استعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وإنهاء الانقلاب.
واستمع المجلس إلى إحاطات وتقارير حول المستجدات الميدانية، ومستوى الجاهزية في مختلف الجبهات، والتهديدات والهجمات الاجرامية التي تستهدف المنشآت الحيوية والاعيان المدنية، إضافة إلى مشروع استراتيجة الدولة للمرحلة المقبلة، ومصفوفة الإجراءات الاقتصادية والامنية العاجلة لتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية، وتعزيز جهود مكافحة الإرهاب والتهريب والجريمة المنظمة.
وشدد المجلس في هذا السياق على اتخاذ كل التدابير المشروعة والضرورية لحماية المواطنين والمنشآت السيادية والمصالح الوطنية، بما في ذلك العمل الاستباقي ضد مصادر التهديد، ومراكز القيادة والسيطرة، والقدرات العسكرية التي تستخدم أو يجري إعدادها لاستهداف القوات المسلحة والمدنيين والمنشآت الحيوية.
وأشاد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بالكفاءة العالية التي أظهرها ابطال القوات المسلحة والأمن بمختلف تشكيلاتها لردع موجة التصعيد، وقدرتهم على إفشال هجمات المليشيات، وإلحاق خسائر موجعة بقدراتها، والوصول إلى أهداف عسكرية نوعية، مؤكداً أن هذا الأداء يعكس تحولاً مهماً في جاهزية مؤسسات الدولة للدفاع عن مؤسساتها، ومصالح شعبها.
واشار الاجتماع، الى ان العمليات الناجحة للقوات المسلحة خلال الأسابيع الماضية بعثت برسالة واضحة بأن زمن استباحة المدن، واستهداف المدنيين والمنشآت الوطنية دون كلفة قد انتهى، وأن أي تصعيد جديد ستكون له تبعات مباشرة على الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذه.
ووجه المجلس بإبقاء الجاهزية العسكرية والأمنية والاستخباراتية عند مستوياتها القصوى، وتعزيز إجراءات الحماية والإنذار المبكر، واستمرار الردع المتكامل
ويمنع المليشيات الارهابية من تحقيق أي مكاسب معنوية.

تمكنت فرق الدفاع المدني بشرطة محافظة مأرب، اليوم، من إخماد حريق اندلع في أحد منازل النازحين المكوّنة من شبكيات وكونتينرات، في منطقة الروضة بمدينة مأرب، قبل أن يمتد إلى المنازل المجاورة، وذلك نتيجة عبث وإهمال الأطفال.
وأوضحت إدارة الدفاع المدني بشرطة المحافظة أن الفرق باشرت التعامل مع الحريق فور تلقي البلاغ من غرفة القيادة والسيطرة بشرطة مأرب، وانتقلت إلى موقع الحادث، حيث عملت على إخماد النيران التي اندلعت في الشبكيات التابعة للمنزل الأول، وامتدت إلى المنزل الثاني ووصلت إلى الثالث.

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) confirmed that the state is moving forward in its struggles to restore its institutions, assert its authority over its entire national territory and put an end of the humanitarian suffering caused by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias.
In its meeting today, Tuesday, chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Council, with the attendance of all its members—Sultan al-Arada, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Mujalli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem al-Khanbashi— the PLC confirmed that the armed and all military formations are well-prepared and ready to carry out their constitutional duties, take the lead and make any escalation by the terrorist militias more costly for their leadership, capabilities and sources of funding.
The meeting was devoted to discuss the developments in military, security and economic situations, and the state’s strategic options to deal with the continuous escalation by the Houthi militias, as well as to restore state institutions and end the coup.
The PLC heard reports on the field developments, the threats and criminal attacks targeting vital facilities and civilian properties, the state’s strategy for the upcoming phase and a matrix of urgent economic and security measures to improve living conditions and strengthen efforts to combat terrorism, smuggling and organized crime.
The Council urged taking all lawful and necessary measures to protect citizens, sovereign facilities and national interests, including proactive action against sources of threat, command and control centers, and military capabilities that are being used or prepared to target the armed forces, civilians and vital facilities.
The Council indicated that the armed forces' successful operations over the past weeks sent a clear message that the time of cities being violated and civilians and national facilities being targeted without consequences, is over, and that any new escalation will have direct repercussions on the tools used to carry it out.
Regarding the economic situation, the Council approved continuing to restore the sovereign functions and resources of the state, strengthening its control over ports, revenues and national services, and combating smuggling networks and terrorism financing, according to a careful plan that protects citizens, the private sector, savings, and legal transfers, while ensuring that food, medicine and essential goods supplies are not harmed.
The PLC stressed that the state will firmly strike against any attempt to collude with smuggling networks, terrorism financing and organized crime.
The Council directed the authorities in charge to take all legal measures to pursue those involved, facilitators and beneficiaries of smuggling activities, no matter their location or status, and to hold accountable anyone found guilty or negligent in their duties, in a way that protects the national economy and state resources, and cuts off funding sources for militias and illegal activities.
Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani and the Director of the Presidency Office Dr. Yahya al-Shuaibi were in attendance.

Saudi Arabia and France have affirmed their support for the Presidential Leadership Council and the United Nations’ efforts to reach a comprehensive solution to the Yemeni crisis, stressing that provocative actions by the Houthi terrorist militia are exacerbating the humanitarian suffering of the Yemeni people.

ضبطت قوات درع الوطن في مديرية شحن بمحافظة المهرة، شاحنة محملة بكميات من الأسلحة والذخائر، وذلك أثناء مرورها في إحدى النقاط الأمنية التابعة للقوات.
وشملت المضبوطات 13 قطعة كلاشنكوف، و142 قذيفة هاون، و10 فيوزات لقذائف الهاون، و14 طلقة شوزن، وجرى إحالتها مع سائق الشاحنة إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
وتأتي العملية ضمن الجهود الأمنية الرامية إلى تعزيز الرقابة على المنافذ والطرق ومكافحة عمليات تهريب الأسلحة والذخائر.
