Sentinel Security CCTV division spotted a suspect loitering in the veld near a client's back yard. The suspect proceeded to break the boundary precast wall in an attempt to gain access. Sentinel Security Response units were dispatched and apprehended the suspect. Stolen stock was recovered and breaking implements were found on his possession. Well done Sentinel teams!

Sentinel Security Control Room received a panic signal from our client’s site and dispatched Sentinel Response teams. Guards on site had spotted a suspect jumping over the wall and pressed their panic button. Upon our arrival the suspect was detained with the assistance of construction workers on site. Suspect was handed over to Brackendowns SAPS.

A Sentinel Security Response unit was waved down by a community member. The community member had just been robbed of their bicycle by a suspect wearing a balaclava. A description of the suspect and the stolen bicycle was circulated amongst our networks which resulted in the successful arrest of the suspect shortly thereafter. Job well done Sentinel Teams!

Sentinel Security teams were operationalised to conduct a drug bust in conjunction with Brackendowns CPF, SAPS and other role players. The operation yielded success with drugs seized, one suspect arrested and a blank gun with several blank rounds recovered. The suspect is a notorious drug dealer in the Brackenhurst area and was arrested for possession and dealing in drugs. Well done to everyone involved.

A Sentinel Security client called our Control Room requiring assistance as they were following a suspect that had taken a steel item from their premises. Sentinel Security Response swiftly surrounded the vicinity, which resulted in successfully apprehending the suspect and the recovery of the stolen item. Well done to our client and Sentinel ground teams for the arrest!

Sentinel Security Control Room received a Panic Alarm activation from guards on site. Sentinel Response teams were swiftly dispatched to site. Upon arrival it was identified that the factory was on fire as smoke was seen coming from the roof. Fire services were dispatched and Sentinel Security Response teams assisted while awaiting fire services. The fire was contained and the factory was saved from complete destruction. Well done to everyone involved especially Reaction Officers that went over their scope of duty in assisting to minimize the loss.

Suspect arrested by Sentinel Security teams. Multiple alarm activation signals were received from our client’s premises. Sentinel Response and Tactical teams arrived within seconds of the alarm activating. Upon arrival the suspect was spotted on top of the perimeter wall attempting to flee. Sentinel Tactical were dispatched to assist whilst awaiting fire services. The fire was subsequently contained and successfully extinguished by officers as the premises was saved from any extensive damage and/or burning down. Well done to the observant Security Officer and Tactical units for assisting.

CCTV Operators kept ground units updated of the suspects' whereabouts, leading to the successful arrest of two suspects. Dangerous weapons and break-in implements were found on the suspects. CCTV SUCCESS! SentView CCTV operators spotted a suspect inside our client’s yard and monitored the suspect’s movement whilst multiple Armed Response Officers were dispatched. CCTV Operators were able to pinpoint the exact location of the suspect, who was subsequently cornered by Sentinel ground units. The suspect could not escape and was immediately detained.

FACTORY FIRE!
Sentinel Security Response Officer was alerted to smoke coming out of our client’s factory in the early hours of the morning. Sentinel personnel jumped into action along with company employees to try save the factory from burning down. Sentinel Security Control Room promptly dispatched the relevant services to assist. The fire was contained and minimal damage was sustained to the premises. Well done to everybody involved!

POST BOX THIEF APPREHENDED.....
Sentinel Tactical units on patrol spotted a suspect walking through Oscar Street, Brackenhurst very suspiciously.
As closing in on the suspect, Tactical unit could see something concealed in the suspects pants. Upon searching it was revealed that the contents were brass post box covers.
Suspect was arrested and handed over to SAPS.
We urge everyone who has been victim to this modus to please report to SAPS to open a docket and obtain CAS numbers over and above the ones that have already been reported.
