SENT is proud to be apart of the @BPSAA_Official and to support its members.
In the weeks leading up to $SENT's mainnet launch on it's own native Cosmos based chain, the team is finalizing:

- An incentivized testnet
- A new whitepaper and token economics document
- A new updated website
- Sentinel #dVPN v3 Client (including APIs)
- Hardware integration
The new $SENT v3 #dVPN desktop client is coming closer to its launch.

Designs are being finalized and the back-end development is nearing the finish line, with front-end integrations pending.

A fully revamped user-friendly #Cosmos #Tendermint based application is arriving soon.
The new Turing-3 $SENT @cosmos based testnet is launching on the 21st of September.

A new upgraded #dVPN application will be launching on Turing-3 and dVPN nodes will be migrating away from the Ethereum Rinkeby testnet to Turing-3.

The Turing-3 also introduces several custom built Cosmos based modules (e.g transaction escrow), which will be fully open-sourced for other developers in the Cosmos ecosystem to integrate into their own dAPPs. More in-depth documentation will be released pertaining to the back-end functionality of the v3 client as well its micro-services architecture. This documentation will also focus on how the Sentinel decentralized VPN will interact with and utilize its future Cosmos/Tendermint based blockchain.

To find out more about the Turing-3 testnet and what it has to offer the ecosystem, read:

https://medium.com/sentinel/launch-of-turing-3-sentinels-new-cosmos-based-testnet-and-introduction-to-the-v3-client-adc7d6023cb
The Turing-3 Testnet is now LIVE with over 20 participants validating to support the network.

This testnet can be viewed at: explorer.sentinel.co

The incentivized testnet will begin on the 28th of September and end on the 15th of October.

The Testnet will not only incentivize stable and resilient performance, but will also encourage participants to compromise Sentinel's custom built Cosmos based modules (e.g transaction escrow)

The incentivization schedule for the Turing-3 testnet has been released.

https://medium.com/sentinel/sentinel-turing-3-incentivization-schedule-8b156154b28b

The key focus of Turing-3 is for participants to discover potential vulnerabilities in Sentinel's custom built Cosmos based modules that are being deployed for the #dVPN workflow.

"The key objective in this category is for participants to find potential bugs in the developed modules and exploit these bugs in order to conduct double spending attack.
Those who successfully exploit the attacks and find issues in the modules (specifically in keepers, handlers, and end blocker logics) should submit the concerned documentation on Sentinel’s official GitHub repository.

In the event of any critical bug which may halt the testnet, an immediate patch will be released and a new version of the testnet will be launched. In such a scenario, the duration of the testnet may be extended further."
The $SENT incentivized @cosmos based testnet is live with 50 validators participating in the competition.

This testnet can be viewed at: explorer.sentinel.co

The key focus of the program is for participants to find vulnerabilities in the custom built modules that are being used for transaction logic and application governance.

The modules can be viewed at: https://github.com/sentinel-official/hub

Category 3 Telegram group for participants in the Turing-3 Incentivized testnet is now open.

This group is meant for participants to discuss submissions and other questions pertaining to category 3. Category 3 is the most important part of the testnet and the prize pool for category 3 is 20M.

The launch of Exidio is a major milestone in $SENT's journey to its Cosmos based mainnet.

Exidio is structured to become a development powerhouse that will be contributing to the advancement of Sentinel's dVPN, while implementing white-labelled clients on the network.

https://exidio.co

Sentinel is not just the 'Sentinel #dVPN', but a network of dVPNs built on the Sentinel framework that will be sharing the same community based node resource pool.

These dVPNs will be integrated with mainstream payment gateways in order to cater to the general user.

Exidio is a for-profit implementation focused organization that has the mission of ‘Providing Secure Access to the Web 3.0”, by contributing to and implementing on the Sentinel dVPN and Sentinel’s Cosmos based blockchain infrastructure. Exidio will be working with entrepreneurs as well as existing companies in the VPN space to either construct a new dVPN application, or transition an existing VPN network onto a dVPN network.

It is the vision of the Sentinel ecosystem to decentralize the VPN industry and introduce the ‘dVPN’ to the mainstream consumer. This vision will not be achieved by launching and maintaining a single consumer facing application, but by establishing and developing on a framework that can be used to create a network of independent, decentralized VPNs.

Exidio as an organization is instrumental in Sentinel’s vision being achieved. While Sentinel focuses on providing an environment hosting various components of a holistic dVPN network, Exidio will be focusing on actually carrying out the implementations and bridging these components together and even customizing if required.
Category 1 and 2 of #Sentinel's Incentivized @cosmos/@tendermint_team based Testnet has now ended and Category 3 has been extended.

50 validators participated in an eventful testnet which experienced attacks that 'jailed' a large % of participants.

https://medium.com/@Sentinel/completion-of-category-1-and-2-of-sentinels-turing-3-testnet-and-an-extension-of-category-3-caaff13302b0

The Turing-3 testnet will continue to operate and #Sentinel's v3 client will be released on Turing-3. The v3 client will feature transfers and staking of testnet tokens on the Cosmos based testnet, in addition to the introduction of Sentinel's most advanced dVPN release yet.
Tune into the Sentinel Telegram chat at http://t.me/sentinel_co at 11 AM EST on Sunday the 25th of October for an AMA focused on @Exidio_co's role in the Sentinel ecosystem.
