Have you ever been in a dance class where there are no moves or rules? Where there isn’t this sense that you have to get the moves right? Where you are allowed to move however your heart desires?

Intuitive dancing is all about getting out of your head and into your body. It's not about the way the movement looks. It's about how it feels. We dance like children, Wild and free and without any restrictions. moving our body however we like to the rhythm of the beat, fully letting go of control and surrendering to the moment and the music
