1. 양상추를 잘게 썰어 씻는다.
2. 팬에 기름을 두르고 닭가슴살을 굽는다.
3. 닭가슴살 위에 파프리카 가루를 뿌린다.
4. 또띠아가 노릇해지면 뒤집고 그 위에 사워크림을 바른다.
5. 생양파, 양상추, 닭 가슴살을 취향껏 넣어 먹는다.
