Doing the #TILTStretchingChallenge has been such a fun and empowering experience for me! 🧘‍♀️✨ As someone who loves to express myself through movement whether it’s dance, fitness, or even just a good stretch i felt like this challenge perfectly captured the vibe of our new EP, TILT. There's something so satisfying about pushing your body a little further each time and finding strength in flexibility.

I’ve always believed that movement is more than just physical it's a reflection of our inner balance, confidence, and growth. And getting to do this challenge with Irene unnie made it even more special. We both approached it with our own style and energy, but together we created something that felt both powerful and graceful.

The TILT era is all about leaning into who we are, unapologetically. And this challenge? It's a reminder that even when we’re off-balance, we can find our center again—and come back even stronger. Our first “TILT” stage on M Countdown is finally out in the world… and I still feel the adrenaline rushing through me 🐻⚖️🐰 Being back on stage with Irene unnie for this unit comeback feels like coming home but with a brand new energy. TILT isn't just a song, it’s an experience bold, hypnotic, and full of contrast, just like the balance we’re always chasing as performers.

We poured so much into every second of this performance. From the choreography to the styling, every detail was crafted to show a more mature, powerful side of us. Performing it live for the first time, I felt that delicate tension between elegance and intensity the kind that makes your heart race. That’s what TILT is all about: finding control in the imbalance, owning the tilt instead of fearing it. Irene and I have such a special connection on stage, and I think TILT captures that perfectly. We challenge each other, support each other, and push ourselves to new limits. This stage wasn’t just a performance it was a statement.

It’s funny how clearly I remember that first moment we met—even now, after all these years of growing together 🐻🐰

Irene unnie once said her first impression of me was that I seemed confident… with a touch of urgency. And honestly, that sounds about right 😅 I was so eager to prove myself, to show I belonged. Maybe it came off as bold, but deep down I was just chasing this dream as hard as I could. Knowing that she saw that in me not just the confidence but also the quiet rush underneath makes me feel really understood.

As for me… when I first saw Irene unnie, she seemed so calm. Almost untouchably poised. But a part of me wondered: *Is she nervous too?Maybe we were both hiding our jitters in different ways me with movement, her with stillness. But even then, I could sense something special in her. There was this quiet strength about her, and I knew right away we’d connect in ways that went deeper than words.

Looking back now, it's amazing to see how far we've come from those first impressions to becoming partners on and off the stage. TILT is just one more chapter in our journey, but it holds so much of who we are: different, but balanced. Strong, but always growing.
