The Committee on Public Accounts: •22 members (15 LS & 7 RS)
•The examination of the Appropriation Accounts relating to the Railways, Defence Services, P&T Department and other Civil Ministries of GoI and reports of C&AG.

The Committee on Estimates: • First time in 1950
• 30 members from Loksabha only
• Chairman is appointed by Speaker
• Most important function is to suggest alternative policies to bring efficiency and economy to administration.

The Committee on Public Undertakings: • 22 members ( 15 from LS & 7 from RS)
•Term: 1 Year

The Committee on Petitions: • In Loksabha 15 members
• In Rajsabha 10 members
