- Work closely with sales and marketing on demand forecast and ensure stock optimization and reduce age inventory.
- Handle monthly S&OP meeting which includes preparation of reports and works toward improving forecast accuracy.
- Constant revision on sales forecast versus result and ensure constant supply to meet Supply Chain KPI.
- Plan and insurance of purchase order and arrange daily transfer from plant to warehouse
- Provide rolling forecasts to suppliers.
- Manage the spare part hub for the region which include the demand consolidation to shipment fulfillment.
- Manage and coordinate with overseas vendors on shipment arrangement to ensure timely arrival to meet requirement.
