Habitual eaters may eat a lot of one type of food. Or have a schedule of places they like to go on lunch breaks. I’d stay away from meats and high rising breads primarily.

If you can do that and minimize grains like corn you will be good. Eat as fresh as possible. Distilled water. Alkaline boosters every day you will be good.

Kind of a shitty diagram here but I’m trying to illustrate exactly what we see in the sky. The stars ALL move from East to West just like the Sun, Moon, and “planets”. This diagram is looking down from above so the star rotation we see would be opposite. Because we are looking up.
