If you can do that and minimize grains like corn you will be good. Eat as fresh as possible. Distilled water. Alkaline boosters every day you will be good.

The animals that we eat are not free range. Eating meat is acidic but the feed being given to them is the highest mycotoxin contaminant found anywhere. They are heavily parasite infested before they are even killed

Kind of a shitty diagram here but I’m trying to illustrate exactly what we see in the sky. The stars ALL move from East to West just like the Sun, Moon, and “planets”. This diagram is looking down from above so the star rotation we see would be opposite. Because we are looking up.

The stars push East to West and rotate (looking up) clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere and counter clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere.
