Next time you go grocery shopping for your normal items look at the labels. Leave anything with citric acid, and/ or corn syrup on the shelf. See how much money you save. Tell your friends about the channel too 😂

Store trips are so much shorter when you only shop the produce section. I’m working on a theory now. That so far has produced awesome results. People overeat big time. Trying to build a list of optimal supplements and foods. And fasting schedule.
Never felt better in my life as right now. I think it could be even better. There’s so much temptation and occasional cheating but I’m weaning off a lot of this stuff. It all comes down to self discipline. And personal goals
