Challenge for the day has been finding raw milk, butter, and other dairy products. Raw products are live. While pasteurized are heated to extremely high heat. FDA states people who sell these products must state on label Not For Human Consumption.

Most farms that produce do not ship. Local pickup only on the farm. There’s a few but overnight shipping is not cheap. Pasteurization essentially cooking your milk, butter, cheeses yogurt before it’s made. Everything at the store is pasteurized
