Some very interesting info I’m coming across. I always get concerned when everyone in the “truther” community is steering one way. What’s being pushed is plants alkaline meats acidic. Who’s ph testing this stuff? Just because somethings alkaline does that mean parasites won’t eat and enjoy it? Lots more questions we should be asking. Parasite overgrowth/ metastasis is the issue.
We need to look at indigestion and fermentation. The root cause of the metastasis and fungal growth. Sugar and yeasts produce the fermentation. And undigested food is what these parasites are eating.
When we cook food a chemical change takes place and nutrients are lost. Foods like meats become much harder to digest by the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs. I’d argue no food should be cooked.
But the cooking does provide with some clues about what we’re supposed to be eating. The primal instinct is triggered. When we cook food we get to smell it as the chemical reaction takes place. We cannot smell the raw foods. They are perfectly holding all their nutritional value.
Vitamin C is produced by all animals except us. Natural vitamin c is an anti parasitic as well as garlic/ onion. All vitamin c is lost when meats are cooked but various cuts,like livers, contain extremely high amounts raw

Be wary the big channels w thousands of followers. These are not “regular people”. The information is bogus and misleading. As it’s intent.

Some of these people surely have good intentions but the truth is not something they can share. No master and no contract here. I’m one guy with a full time job and obligations.
